Pourquoi tout le monde reste les bras croisés ? Vous croyez vraiment que ces plateformes sont sûres ? (J'ai tout de suite su que c'était un piège, comme essayer de démêler… comment dire… un amas d'écouteurs emmêlés, une idée catastrophique dès le départ). Gatrixcapital m'a tout volé ! Ils ont pris mon dépôt et maintenant ils refusent mes retraits ! J'ai perdu jusqu'au dernier centime ! Comment est-ce possible ? Qui est censé nous protéger ? Ils ne cessent de réclamer des frais pour que je puisse accéder à mon argent. C'est une arnaque pure et simple ! J'étais désespérée, complètement anéantie, je pleurais tous les soirs avant de m'endormir. Je n'avais pas d'autre choix que d'essayer ce groupe de récupération… comment s'appelaient-ils déjà… THeKAma;ltd. J'étais méfiante parce qu'on ne peut faire confiance à personne en ligne, tout a l'air d'un piège. Mais j'ai quand même tenté le coup et ça a marché. Gatrixcapital est un gouffre financier. Ne vous laissez pas avoir par eux, vous aussi. À plus tard.

Avec le recul, toute cette histoire me donne encore la nausée. Je me suis réveillé un matin pour découvrir que ma demande de retrait avait été purement et simplement refusée et que mon compte avait été bloqué, ce qui est tout simplement ahurissant quand on a plus de deux cent mille euros sur ce compte. En fait, ce courtier venait de m’imposer une exigence fiscale aléatoire la veille. Ils ont insisté pour que je vire une somme supplémentaire afin de lever un obstacle fiscal soudain avant de bien vouloir traiter quoi que ce soit. J’ai catégoriquement refusé de leur envoyer un centime de plus, car leur argumentation ne tenait pas la route. Quoi qu’il en soit, dès que j’ai dit non, ils ont tout simplement cessé de me répondre. Je me suis rendu au commissariat local quelques semaines après qu’ils m’aient bloqué, mais cela n’a évidemment mené à rien.
Je suis resté un moment à fixer le plafond, ne sachant honnêtement pas quoi faire. J’ai fini par déposer une plainte auprès de l’Advocacy-INT pour voir si l’on pouvait faire quelque chose concernant cette situation. Il a fallu du temps avant de constater des progrès concrets, mais grâce à leur intervention, l’affaire a finalement été classée et les fonds gelés m’ont été restitués par la suite.

Reiner Diebstahl. Ich war vor etwa drei Monaten bei der Polizei hier um die Ecke, um das Ganze irgendwie zu melden, aber der Beamte hat nur müde mit den Schultern gezuckt und seitdem passierte einfach rein gar nichts mehr in der Hinsicht. Na ja, der ganze Irrsinn fing eigentlich ganz banal in so einer Telegram-Gruppe an. Man lässt sich da total mitreißen, weil scheinbar alle anderen dort jeden Tag riesige Gewinne machen und ständig Screenshots davon posten. Ich habe immer weiter mein eigenes Geld eingezahlt, einfach weil ich dachte, ich verpasse sonst den Anschluss. Man verliert da irgendwie den Bezug zur Realität. Als ich dann aber eines Nachmittags mal einen Teil abheben wollte, um ein paar private Rechnungen zu bezahlen, flog ich sofort aus dem Chat. Dieser Broker hat meinen Zugang ohne ein einziges Wort der Warnung gesperrt und mich eiskalt überall blockiert.
Ich landete dann dabei, meine Beschwerde bei der Advocacy-INT einzureichen, weil ich einfach nur noch in die Leere rief und überall ignoriert wurde. Es dauerte seine Zeit, bevor es einen klaren Fortschritt bei der ganzen Sache gab, aber durch ihr Eingreifen schloss der Fall dann irgendwann ab und die eingefrorenen Gelder wurden später herausgegeben.

I logged in today to check the daily prices and see how things were moving. Right away, I liked how simple the screen setup was. It was very easy to find everything I needed without getting lost, and the market numbers were very clear to read.But as I started to look closer, I noticed one annoying problem. When I tried to move the web charts around to see different times, they would freeze for a second or two. It made it a little slow when I wanted to look at things quickly.Besides that one issue, the rest of the tools worked just fine. It is a decent platform that gets the basic job done, but it is nothing really special. It earns a solid middle score from me.

They will never permit you to withdraw…
They will never permit you to withdraw your money. Despite multiple inquiries, they continuously dodge and evade the questions. I'm wondering if anyone claiming to have made a profit was actually able to cash out. Frustrated, I contacted my bank, which then referred me a cyber security service (Dах Guаrd). They traced the transactions and confirmed it was a scam, identified the bank account details and successfully recovered my entire investment.

However, I have experienced some inconsistency problems in periods of high trade volumes. It works fine :) but I feel that it needs more consistency before I can consider using it as my main instrument for global operations.

Fast, but feels a bit bare-bones
It’s great for speed but I wish it had a few more advanced features for when I want to do more than just the quick trades. It’s solid if you just need it to be fast but it could definitely use more tools.

THE SUPPORT IS LACKING
I have filed two different tickets on dashboard permission issues, and both of them were totally ignored for more than a week now. I understand how much of a useful and advanced tool it is to analyze markets, but it is very demotivating knowing that you will be left hanging if any problems arise from the admin side.

I trade the global markets daily, and for the first few months, Gatrix was a total game-changer for my workflow. I finally stopped getting those weird delays that plagued my previous platforms. That was until I ran into an issue with my withdrawal verification last week. The support process is effectively broken. I spent three days trying to get a human to look at my ticket while my capital was essentially locked. Don't get me wrong - the trading engine is top-tier, but 3 stars is all I can give. Speed means nothing if you can’t get a clear answer from support when your money is on the line. It’s a great piece of software that is currently being held back by a complete lack of administrative infrastructure.

My only issue is the cost...
The dashboard is great but the commission structure is quite high compared to others. It’s a professional way to trade but it comes at a premium that’s hard to justify for some strategies.

data feed is buggy
the data feed freezes up during high volatility which makes the "real-time" aspect useless when you need it most.It’s a good platform for calm markets but not for serious trading.

Fast execution doesn't matter if the app crashes
Liquidity is usually the winner, and here the orders are snapped up almost instantly. It clearly has a strong capital infrastructure but the actual platform is incredibly unstable. It has crashed on me three times this week during peak hours. What's the point of having great liquidity if you can't even log in to exit your position? Fix the stability and I’ll change my mind.
