On OKX alone, I completed 80,000 USDT in P2P volume as a verified merchant.
Very disappointing experience with OKX P2P.
I have traded cryptocurrency for several years across major exchanges including Binance, Bybit, Bitget, Gate, and OKX, with cumulative trading activity exceeding 20 BTC. On OKX alone, I completed approximately 80,000 USDT in P2P volume as a verified merchant.
Despite maintaining a strong trading history, my merchant status was revoked following a dispute, even though I had fully cooperated with support and compliance requests. I later completed questionnaires, identity verification, and provided additional information, yet my request to resume P2P access was rejected without any meaningful explanation.
What is even more frustrating is that I can no longer participate in P2P even as a taker. Effectively, I have been completely excluded from the P2P platform without being told what serious violation supposedly justifies such a permanent restriction.
Throughout the process, I was never provided with:
• a clear explanation of the alleged violation;
• meaningful evidence;
• a transparent review process;
• or a fair appeal mechanism.
For a platform handling millions of users, I expected professionalism and accountability. Instead, I experienced opaque enforcement, poor communication, and a complete lack of procedural transparency.
High-volume verified merchants deserve better treatment and clear explanations, not permanent restrictions with no meaningful path to resolution.
Case history, support records, and appeal communications have been preserved.

I had a bad experience with the company…
I had a bad experience with the company regarding my account, I have one of the team members reach out to myself regarding the issues, he had called me and we had a extremely casual conversation regarding my problem as had explained to me the process and how he could arrange for it to be resolved.
They have now resolved my issue and I am extremely pleased with the help from the team.

I have been using OKX in Australia for…
I have been using OKX in Australia for a number of years now. Recently I have created a second account for my SMSF. The onboarding process was great, and there were staff ready to assist in the process. They even had the ability to schedule a call or Zoom meeting with them.
The verification process went smoothly, and I have been able to download the documents that I needed for my SMSF accountant for tax return purposes.
All in all, can't fault them and they have got my business going forward.
