Ordering experience straight forward. Prices good.
Product excellent.
I booked the quicker delivery for a few pounds more as delivery would have been over a bank holiday. Otherwise delivery would have been free.

Very disappointing first purchase
This is my first time buying from this company, and it has been a terrible experience. I ordered three gift cards on 2–3 September, in value £279.98, with a promised 24‑hour delivery. It’s now 6 September, and nothing has arrived.
Customer service has given no progress, no clear update, and no solution. I also ordered a Dyson Co‑anda 2 for delivery tomorrow, but based on this experience, I’m now doubting that order too.

Was a bit unsure at first as never heard of them, but read the reviews as the price was the cheapest i could find, and decided to go for it. Ordered on the thursday evening and because of bank holiday weekend it arrived on the tuesday. So took slightly longer than it normally would. But no complaints at all. Great price, as described, sent quickly. Really happy with my new phone and would definately use again.

Item has been lost in the post as I have tracking details but Royal Mail are yet to receive it. I have sent multiple emails, spoken on the chat, made a complaint and still nothing. Poor customer service.

Ordered a Pixel 11 Hibiscus phone along…
Ordered a Pixel 11 Hibiscus phone along A1 extended warranty + postage fee of £5.99. I paid in full £845.97
I recieved confirmation of the order, and then i recieved confirmation the phone had shipped! Imagine my surprise when days later expecting the phone to be delivered i receive a phone call to tell me there is a problem with the order, they do not have that colour in stock! Would i accept a black one instead? I declined due to the fact the phone was ordered for the fact it was hibiscus and asked to cancel the entire order and refund the payment back to the Credit card used.
A PARTIAL REFUND was then given for the phone for £799, £46.97 short.
I cannot believe they think i want a warranty for a phone that doesnt exist or that i should pay £5.99 for something that has never shipped!
Any and all costs they have with this should lay with them! AVOID at all costs!

Fantastic customer service and ridiculously fast delivery...I ordered a CFexpress card on Thursday evening at 18.00 and it was delivered on Friday at 14.30 which is amazing for free delivery.
