Upgrading my broadband was quick and efficient. Jordan checked everything was working. However, about an hour later, my connection failed.
I rang Jordan and he returned promptly to sort out the problem. His hard work and patience were to be admired.

Having ordered a gift card online Royal Mail seemed to be taking forever to deliver it.
Afraid it may have gone astray I emailed customer service and Kaye was very understanding and helpful.
Needless to say, the package arrived about two days later with no prior notice from Royal Mail.
Problem solved.

"Lekker" Wines. A very appropriate name for this company as it definitely "great" and "very nice".
Karol-Ann is a lovely person to deal with and always helpful.
It's a good website, packed with information about each wine.
Delivery is always within a day or so and the bottles are extremely well protected within each box.
I, too, have a weakness for those hearty Puglian reds and Lekker have an excellent selection of wines from this area. I can always find something I like, sometimes too much!!

For many years now this is the only place I have wanted to spend my annual holiday. It's almost like a second home and catching up with family each year.
The welcome on arrival is so warm and friendly and I cannot fault the staff or hotel facilities.
Rooms are very comfortable and well looked after each day.
The choice of food at the buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner is excellent, as is the service from the staff who run it.
When busy around the pool area there is always ample space and sun loungers available in the huge surrounding gardens, with a perfectly relaxing view of the beautiful sea.
The first time I stayed in this hotel I knew I would keep coming back and that's a huge plus when travelling as a single person.
All the staff I had dealings with this year deserve a mention but unfortunately I do not know some of their names.
So, to mention but a few, and in no particular order, my sincere thanks to Elena, Ioanna, Nino (and all her staff), Christina, Oana, (little) Alex (pool gardens) Rodoulla, Joseph, Daria, Jamie (maintenance), the ladies who cleaned my room and the porter who dealt with my luggage.

Maybe I should mention the reliable sunny weather too.
Will I be returning next year? You bet! Can't wait.

I've ordered several items from this company over recent months and always received a prompt, efficient service.
When the last item I ordered arrived it had a slight fault. I contacted The Switch Store by email and received a reply from Mark within a few minutes saying that a replacement would be sent to me, which duly arrived a few days later. A very simple process with no quibbling.
I would certainly use this company again without any hesitation. Reliable and trustworthy.
