This company broke our $600 dresser and refused to pay for it. Please do not use if you have anything you value. The movers themselves were very nice and apologetic and assured us that the company would reimburse us for the value. However, when we tried to get in touch with admin for an insurance claim they gave us the runaround or ignored us for weeks before telling us that we were not eligible for an insurance payout because the deductible is $350 and they only insure items up to 60cents per pound. This was not communicated up front and all the communication felt very scammy. Please, find a more reliable and stand up company! We will not be using them again!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered some fleece tights for about 30 dollars each that were supposed to be warm winter wear and the order arrived a month later with some cheap sheer tights that looked like they came from wal-mart. When I contacted them about a refund, they just kept sending me the same form email saying "this is what you ordered." over and over. Luckily PayPal was able to refund my money, but I would advise anyone against ordering from this website.
