Horrible service, owner is grumpy and seems to not like anyone that speaks english.
Had a simple repair on my watch, a corroded crown stem, which every other watchmaker suggested to change (and which was the problem), but not at Gronemann… he started blaming it on the moon and the stars pretty much, saying it needed a service but wouldn’t give a price. When i asked, on the third time he gave me a price which started from 4500dkk and up; saying it would very probably be over 7-8000dkk.
Same guy who wanted to buy my watch on another occasion, offering around 20.000dkk for an IWC, which was worth 27-28.000dkk (which is fine, he needs to earn something), but 20 seconds later changes his offer to 11-12.000dkk.
Never and i mean never go to this guy, complete ripoff and arrogant! Go across the street and you will find someone way better!

Wayy to pushy salesmen, prices are competitive and coverage is alright, but just because of the salesmen, i wouldn’t recommend them

The postman is not good in our area, he either rings the bell for 30 seconds continuously or doesn’t ring at all and marks us as not at home… I work from home and been a few times he has done that!

Udfra dit skadenummer kan jeg se, at du har været i et uheld med en politibil. Der har været uenighed imellem dig og politiet i forhold til, om politiet kørte med udrykning eller ej.
Det er afgjort, at der er ligedeling mellem If og politiets forsikring, og du er derfor "kun" opkrævet en halv selvrisiko. Ydermere skulle din bil være blevet lavet.
Jeg er i tvivl om du mener, at vi kunne have taget denne sag videre ?
At sagen har taget så lang tid, er vi naturligvis rigtig kede af, men det er desværre ikke ualmindeligt når flere parter er uenige, og der skal indhentes oplysninger hos flere parter.
Jeg håber at du får en god weekend, selv om jeg ikke kan ændre i din oplevelse.
