He arrived promptly and completed the repair with great technical skill, but what truly stood out was how he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I went to the Burnley motorpoint. It was extremely busy but received an excellent reception,  was offered refreshments and the sales rep was an absolute legend,  Rob Moss. Amazing chap, not pushy at all and was an absolute gentleman who gave us breathing space.  We decided to buy a car.

Please pass on our thanks to all the Burnley staff especially Rob Moss and Fuwad.  First time using Motorpoint as I have always been reluctant due to the busy sites, but now I have experienced this. I would ALWAYS look at Motorpoint first.

Worst customer service ever. I would NEVER buy a pair of Asics again. I thought buy paying a little extra and buying my first ever Asics I'd buy direct from Asics, worst mistake I ever made. They fobbed me off by asking me to buy another pair as the fault on my shoes occurred due to me not wearing them properly. Horrible shoes, so uncomfortable and SO expensive. This is my first ever negative review on trust pilot.

The flowers initially sent were not much up to it. I sent a picture and my sister was sent another bunch the very next day. I am a regular user and I'm REALLY happy with the service these guys provide.

Great end to end experience. Had what I wanted and the book was delivered on time. Really pleased.
