Excellent customer service
This company not only offers excellent products at the best prices I managed to find having been looking for a new gaming PC for several months, but excellent customer service too. The new PC arrived with anthe graphics he graphica card giving an error that I was unable to fix. That was slightly disappointing of course but these things happen in transit and such. When I contacted customer service and tech support everyone I spoke to was patient, kind and helpful. They offered an RMA swap very quickly and within 4 days I had a new fully working graphics card installed. Highly recommended!

Firstly, i'm sorry your PC arrived with a fault on the graphics card. These things do happen from time to time, thank you for being so understanding and patient.
It's really good to hear a customer's view on the service they have received, especially when it has started with something going wrong.
