I followed the instruction to the letter and all this stuff does is leave a chalky white residue around my eyes! Not impressed at all. I have contacted for a refund and have still not received a response.

Excellent, fast service. The blinds fitted perfectly and look superb - all at at much lower price than I could find locally! I was a little sceptical about buying online at first before receiving my blinds, but I would highly recommend.

Items bought for my daughter's 5th birthday did not arrive by the date promised. I had to contact BM and only then did the items get shipped. Items still did not arrive by the next date either (Hermes were the couriers). Another phone call to BM and then items arrived two days later. The quality of two the items (childrens telescope and a lamp) were awful so am returning. Buyer beware!
