I have to date NOT been able to access or enter my rented storage unit - I had called Kensington & Knightsbridge offices since 22Oct and no one has returned my 2 calls,
Plus I could not log on !
And my next billing date should be from 21 Nov, not 16Nov !!!

I am a VIP and so far have at least 4 meals in last 2 weeks, still not credited for my points earned yet !
I hesitate to claim dining-check because the previous time I did I never receive the check ! Furthermore a lot of your Opentable restaurants still do not accept such dining checks !
Your current website is very difficult to use on APPLE iPad, prefer the good old simpler website Opentable used to have . . .
