4 of us travelling to france, we booked in and one of us fell ill, informed staff of problem they were brilliant! We were escorted off site then followed ambulance to hospital! We were able to go later that day, rang up to rebook and they couldn't have been more helpful, even when we arrived at the booth they knew about us and got us on another train at no extra cost! In my opinion it took too long for tackle UK to reply to my problem. The items I've purchased are very competitive to other companies which is why I chose them, but their mail distributer UK mail DHL has got to improve.
