What an amazing service and cannot recommend them highly enough. They bring your ski hire and boots direct to your door and had a really good range of equipment. The team are experienced and know their stuff and came back happily when one of the party wanted to change their boots. Same price as walking to the other end of the village to be greeted by surly shop assistants who treated us like an inconvenience.

So simple to use. Instructions clear. Can pick up at a time of day to suit me rather than hoping the delivery drivers can find my house or leave the package on the right doorstep.

Absolutely rubbish - claim they tried to deliver the parcel but were turned away. We were in all day. They never came - they either tried to deliver to wrong address (can't read???) or lied. Either way I will never buy anything from anyone using Yodel. And customer service not helpful either

Rented a car from Inter Rent at Lyon Airport, France. First there was only one girl on the desk on a Saturday morning - with the sign behind her saying "Fast Pick Up" - it took over 90 minutes and we were only 3rd in the queue. Then she tried to sell us their cleaning fee. In their terms and conditions they have "Cleaning fees for a Vehicle returned in an unacceptable and/or dirty state" - this means in practise that if your car is not returned in mint condition ready to be rented out immediately, they will charge you €30! They say there are no hidden fees - what on earth is this then? No other car rental company charges this. Felt sorry for the girl who was doing her best but what a shoddy company..... just don't use them

Knew what I wanted, found it on mattressnextday, checked them out as I didn't know them and they seemed above board and used trustworthy payment mechanisms, ordered my matress about 4pm and it was delivered the next day before lunchtime.
They did exactly what they said they would and I would use them again.
