Décevant et malhonnête
Pendant l'opération de commande, on nous indique "livraison gratuite". Au moment du paiement, la livraison s'avère payante.
Une fois la commande terminée et payée, on reçoit un mail annonçant un mois d'attente et annulation impossible !!
Avec un tel délai, je n'aurais jamais commandé. Et que vais-je recevoir ? A présent, je me pose des questions...

We apologize that delivery times were not clear when you placed your order.
Our delivery times are approximately 2-6 weeks (delivery counts in business days, weekends are not included). It’s stated on every product page in “Shipping and delivery times”.
The system processes the orders automatically and they are sent to our warehouse immediately. When the product is shipped, we indeed can't cancel the order. You can return the order right after the delivery, please feel free to contact us when you receive the order!
