**Vercel are scammers. Stay away from this company.**
I cancelled my subscription months ago, yet they keep charging my card.
Not once, not twice — **they have charged me FIVE times after cancellation.**
I have contacted support repeatedly and they simply don't solve the problem.
Five unauthorized charges after cancelling a service is absolutely unacceptable.
They keep taking my money while completely ignoring my complaints.
I strongly recommend that you **DO NOT give Vercel your card details.**
**Avoid Vercel. Five charges after cancellation is disgraceful.**

I decided to switch from Netlify to Vercel.
Wow, all I can say is wow, they make the easiest things eternally complicated. I won't even get into it. Never ever pay a cent for this poorly formatted Vercel POS with their rubbish GITHUB process of updating your website. You literally need to navigate, 7 or 8 tabs in git up through fine print, than back Vercel go into five tabs of small print, find your tab, and then from their it links you back to GitHub, to which you doing another five tabs, then you get the code, then you go back back back back back back back back, back to far, ok forward, then you insert the code, then your done. Absolutely nightmare.
Ok this is how easy Netlify is. Top box click, deploy click, add file, done. Then it updates your domain.
Honestly can't believe anyone would even go to the trouble if creating a website development hub and make it that ridiculous and stupid to use. The only reason I'm on it is because it's free, I'd be absolutely irate if I had to pay a cent. And if I ever have to pay a cent I'm absolutely transferring every website over to netlify and coping the 9 dollar a month fee.
DO NOT EVER place your credit card…
DO NOT EVER place your credit card information in any of this companies portal vercel.com v0.app ! I deleted my accounts and they just keep charging me nonstop there is no way of contacting them to stop the charges. I deleted all my accounts, can't access any of them but the charges just don't stop.
WARNING: Vercel will not let you cancel.
I signed up using my old employer's email. When I changed jobs and went to cancel, I found out there's no password login — Vercel sends a login link to the email on file. Which is the address I no longer have. So the only way to cancel my account is through an inbox I can't access, and there's no phone number to call.
I emailed their billing team in May to cancel. Weeks of silence. When the June charge hit, I disputed it with my bank.
Then it got strange. Billing finally responded and told me they'd only refund me if I first called my bank and dropped the dispute. I called. My bank told me I'd already won — Vercel never responded to it either.
Since then: charged again in July, and there's now a pending charge for August. Four months after I asked to cancel. Still no word on the cancellation or the refunds.
I don't know whether this is incompetence or a design choice, but the effect is the same. A company this size having no phone support, no password login, and no working path to cancel when you lose access to your email is not an oversight I'd forgive twice. I won't use this platform again and I'd tell anyone considering it to think hard about how they'd get out.

I have the feeling your platform is a complete scam on the charge side, I am carefully reviewing and following all expenses so far, the previous months the only expenses I had was connected to build cpu minutes while deploying. I am no longer deploying, but you came up with "observability" charges which were not charged when i have been charged for cpu build minutes, now after i disabled observability minutes I notice a new trend of new never charged before expense which i was not charged before. If i disable whatever you charging me now for, you will figure out new thing so you can get the $50 from me in a monthly basis
I’VE TRIED SIX DIFFERENT BROWSERS…
I’VE TRIED SIX DIFFERENT BROWSERS SAFARI, EDGE, BRAVE, FIREFOX, TOR, EVEN CHATGPT ATLAS AND VERCEL’S SECURITY CHECKPOINT STILL REFUSES TO LET ME THROUGH. EVERY OTHER SITE’S VERIFICATION WORKS FINE, BUT VERCEL’S DOESN’T. IT’S BROKEN, INFURIATING, AND WASTES TIME. NOW, WHOSE FAULT IT THAT? ME OR THE SECURITY CHECKPOINT?!!
Catastrophic support failure during live client deployments—Avoid at all costs.
Don't let the marketing fool you. Vercel is great until a platform-level failure hits, at which point you are completely on your own.
During a critical production client launch, an authentication bug suddenly locked me out of my account entirely. I was completely barred from accessing servers, inspecting deployments, or managing live client sites.
To make matters worse, their customer support is an absolute black hole. After five days and multiple urgent tickets—providing exhaustive technical detail, logs, and answers each time—I've received nothing but generic "we need more information" responses while my launch stalled out.
Having managed servers since 1994 and built the oldest continuous web design, hosting, and email business in Texas, I have zero tolerance for platforms that fail this badly on basic operational support. If you manage mission-critical infrastructure or client projects, stay far away from Vercel. They will jeopardize your client relationships and burn thousands of dollars of your time.
Vercel Security blocks wrongly the browsers
Vercel Security blocks wrongly the browsers, it is incapable to identifying legit browsers from abusive browsers.
It blocks for example librewolf.
This is not the right way to protect your clients, it is the same as blocking humanitarian help websites like AMI, because it shares the same IP (IPs can be shared between several unafiliated websites) as fraudlent activities.
host CSAMs and protect the predators

They're thiefs
They're thiefs.
When you're free tier, Vercel is great.
Once you go paid, they're thiefs.
You set a limit for $20, they charge $100. I run a simple website with my own API, and they find a way *anywhere* and find a reason for *whatever* to charge more, a *lot* more. It's absurd. Great product, but thiefs run it.
Try to host yourself or use only for free.
Host crime and do not take it down
Host crime and do not care.
case number is 01358734. has been open for almost a week now.
While framer.com closed an exact same phishing in 23 minutes.
SO do not support these criminals!
BEWARE! Vercel.com is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!
Vercel.com is ABSOLUTELY & COMPLETELY A SCAM! BE FOREWARNED! They are at the center of a long entire ring of scams & identity theft which span over many domains and about 14 (possibly more) different IP subnets. This doesnt even count the domains and IPs that are hidden behind Cloudflare prevent users from trying to see where everything has originated from. They seek to rip people off as many of you have unfortunately experienced, and they also send out emails from some of their many domains offering people "an opportunity" to make money using their credit as long as they can make sure the person has a high credit score. So they definitely have a nice big identity theft ring going on.
Once im done finding out every bit of information on them, I will repost something here for everyone to know all bits of information. I just love when all you have to do to confirm these type of idiot scammers is to just throw em a little bait.. and since they attempted it on me and now I seen a peak of how far they're going and getting over on you good people, I will be crushing and exposing them.
Message to the people of the Vercel "scam/hack group": You never know whose on the other side.. you guys just happened to choose the wrong one this time and has some free time to get some payback for the good people you stole from. lol.. it's going to be nice to see your little empire crumble.. Now I wish myself happy hunting...
Message to all others.... Beware of any site you deal with that are listed under owned by Vercel.. If you suspect the site to be a scam, you should WHOIS the domain, and also resolve the domain into an IP address and also WHOIS the IP. If it shows owned by Vercel, then you should stay away. Besides using their 14+ subnets that they use to host sites on Amazon and Google servers, they also have some more malicious activities hidden behind Cloudflare services to hide the IP address of the server theyre using. Its too much to explain here but if youre someone who knows how using certain services, there are ways of finding out the real IP and tracking back to see if it belongs to them or not.
While many legit companies also use Cloudflare, obviously this is not the case for Vercel. They have things set up in a way that makes their scams work and mostly use AI setups and 1 of their IP address can resolve into multiple (hundreds) of different domain names or subdomains. Ive found quite a lot already, as well as their IP subnets but I am unable to list them here due to policy, as.
So, with that, do your due diligence and be safe! Protect yourselves, your information and money from being taken from you by these vulchers. I would be surprised if their software didnt include some type of malware to obtain access to your systems.. check things out to make sure you dont have anyone unauthorized accessing your stuff. Goodluck to you all...
Ill keep myself anonymous for now.... so I'll sign off by saying courtesy of Anon0ne ... Ill be reporting back soon!

They suspended all our projects as a paid customer with no notice, it causes a lot of disruption and economical loss. I never seen a business suspending a paid customer with zero notice and no explanation either.
