Great comms throughout - kept me completely informed - great product at a competitive price. Top customer service as always.

I ordered a Haglöfs Korp Proof Jacket at a sale price. The order was processed and marked as dispatched, with Amazon Shipping tracking provided and an expected delivery date of 20 August.

The jacket never arrived, and the tracking stopped updating. I contacted AlpineTrek and received a response on 24 August, but nobody informed me that they were cancelling the order.

I then unexpectedly received a notification from my bank that AlpineTrek had refunded the order without contacting me or asking if I wanted a refund

The jacket is now out of stock at the sale price, so I'm left unable to purchase the same jacket for what I originally paid.

I contacted AlpineTrek again to explain that I didn't want a refund and still wanted the jacket, and asked them to investigate the missing shipment or source a replacement. I'm currently waiting for a response.

Very disappointing customer service and communication. I would have expected AlpineTrek to contact me before cancelling and refunding an order that had already been dispatched.

Products are easy to order online. Emails keep you updated as to the ordering and shipping process. Delivery is normally pretty quick. I'm always happy to deal with this company. Packaging is excellent and customer service seems to be pretty good. Other companies would do well to copy their example.

Good products and was aware that the stock is sent from Germany via UK warehouse. I had to return something and it arrived at UK warehouse but no acknowledgment. The product gets shipped back to Germany before any refund is made so a delay. Which I understand but customers need keeping informed as to where the return is in the process.

ordered a pair of trainers and changed my mind. emailed them within an hour to cancel the order and then emailed them again but they ignored my emails and shipped the shoes anyway. two days later. called them and they claimed not to have received my emails and that there was nothing they could do. they did not care at all. customer service was non existent. now ignoring my emails. look elsewhere. do not use this company at all!

Returned an item and have yet to receive a refund. Have emailed them twice with no response, customer service is certainly lacking

Ordered from them online, the next day the order was cancelled without explanation

Alpinetrek take part in TopCashback with a rate of 5.25%. I purposely avoided using a £5 off voucher direct with Alpinetrek so I could make sure I met the terms to get the cashback.

It tracked fine, but when it came to confirming it later down the line, they denied my cashback. I know everything I need to do so I meet all the terms. They should be removed from cashback sites and I'll never use them again.

Item has apparently been lost in transit. Tracking has stopped en route and not updated for weeks. No response from Alpinetrek customer service other than an initial AI generated email despite me emailing repeatedly. Incredibly frustrating. Will have to pursue a refund via my credit card.

Very good company to deal with. Friendly emails updating me on my orders. Have received two separate orders now and they have both being dealt with very well. I will use Alpine trek again thanks.

The return was received at your UK warehouse a week ago.
Will never order from them again.

Ordering process was easy, dispatching and delivery by Amazon parcel delivery service was the only reason why I deducted one star. Had to chase as the delivery estimate was exceeded.

Order arrived as described and please with purchase, will buy again

Tried to order the same item online twice. Both times the orders were cancelled without any explanation.

A great product (Bach tent) at a great price. Promptly dispatched. Had cause to phone customer service and was answered quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend based on my exoerience
