If zero stars was an option, I’d leave that! long wait to receive (20 days), and what showed up were the lightest weight, worst quality leggings I’ve ever purchased. Compression? None, nothing even close to mid-compression workout tights. I bought these because of vascular health issues and hoped to have a different option other than medical grade, but these do nothing. I went to return them by emailing customer service after 10 days and was offered a partial refund and to keep the pair. I said no, full refund, and was offered a larger partial refund and a gift card. I googled the cost of shipping these insured back to china (they ship from an apartment in shanhai, and must be sent back with tracking) and it was more than that amount, so I said I’d take it. Customer service emailed me back to say the purchase “was not within the eligible return window”, blatantly against their stated policy. TLDR: scam, don’t waste your money!

I'm 62 and these are much more comfortable than some of the tighter leggings I've tried

It was more than 2 weeks for my order to arrive from China…what should have been an extra large was a small..refund only if i pay for return postage to ‘China’… or as the customer service rep offered ‘I could bring them to China if I preferred’!!!

I ordered these 3 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. The company was happy to take my money and not give me anything in return. This is a total scam.

Rachelwear is a SCAM! Please stay away. It's been a month, no product, no refund AND they had the nerve to sign me up for a SUBSCRIPTION!!! TO WHAT! If I could leave a zero review vs a one, I would. They send out just enough orders to get people like me interested, then scam the rest! I reported them! NEVER AGAIN!

I don't know what all the hype is for these leggings. They are nothing special and your can't return them without a hefty shipping fee as they are from CHINA!

After wearing the leggings for six weeks my legs look exactly the same as before I started wearing them.

Not impressed. They don’t feel compressive, the shorts are only mid-thigh length and the waist rolls. I ordered my rachelwear using both their size chart and their ‘what’s my size’ calculator. According to both I am a medium. They fit like an off brand non-compression short: snug but not compressive. I have short legs but the shorts end mid-thigh, missing all that cellulite above the knee. The waist rolls annoyingly. I would not recommend

**RachelWear Review – Disappointing Product Quality and Failure to Honor Refund Guarantee (Order #CA2633)**

I purchased RachelWear leggings based on the company's advertising, customer testimonials, and their advertised 100% satisfaction guarantee, which stated that customers could receive a full refund within six weeks if they were not satisfied.

I was excited to receive my order, but my disappointment began as soon as I opened the package. The leggings were made from very thin material that felt low quality compared to what was advertised. After trying them on, I found that the fit was completely inaccurate. Despite carefully measuring myself and ordering according to the sizing chart, the leggings were extremely baggy at the ankles and knees and failed to hold their shape.

To ensure a proper fit, I had ordered both my regular size and one size smaller. Even then, both pairs were far too large. In fact, I believe I could have ordered up to four sizes smaller than my original purchase and still had a better fit.

Even more concerning was that the material was completely see-through. The advertisements specifically promoted high-quality, non-see-through fabric, yet the leggings were so thin that they provided no confidence or coverage whatsoever. They also offered no support, compression, or shaping benefits as advertised.

I contacted RachelWear to express my concerns. On June 13, 2026, I received the following response:

"Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that the leggings didn't meet your expectations regarding the material quality and fit. We need a bit of extra help to resolve this for you, so one of our team members will be in touch shortly to take care of everything."

After waiting for a resolution, I received another response on June 19, 2026, from Marie:

"We’re really sorry to hear that your order didn’t meet your expectations — that’s never the experience we want for our customers. We completely understand your concern and appreciate you taking the time to reach out.

Because returning items to our overseas fulfillment center involves high international shipping costs, we’d like to offer you an easier solution. We can provide a 20% partial refund, and you can keep the items — no need to send anything back.

This way, you won’t have to deal with return shipping, and you’ll still receive part of your money back right away.

Please let us know if you’d like to proceed with this option, and we’ll issue the partial refund promptly."

This offer was unacceptable. I paid approximately $100 for leggings that did not match the advertised quality, fit, or performance. A 20% refund would amount to only $20, leaving me out $80 for a product that I cannot and will not wear.

I responded by reminding RachelWear that I purchased the leggings based on their advertised 100% refund guarantee and claims regarding quality and opacity. I explained that the product failed to meet those standards and requested the full refund that had been promised. I also stated that a partial refund was not an acceptable resolution for a product that was baggy, see-through, and substantially different from what was advertised.

As a customer, I am extremely disappointed not only by the quality of the leggings but also by RachelWear's apparent unwillingness to honor the refund policy that influenced my purchasing decision in the first place.

I am still requesting that RachelWear honor its advertised satisfaction guarantee and provide a full refund for Order #CA2633.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend RachelWear. The product I received did not match the advertising, the sizing was wildly inaccurate, the material was see-through, and the company's proposed solution fell far short of the refund guarantee that was prominently promoted during the sale.

I was expecting thick compression leggings but these are thin. What I thought would be extra bands of compression are literally holes in the fabric. I can’t even wear them jogging - they are see through. Very disappointed. Just got them yesterday and haven’t tried to get my money back yet but from other reviews it looks dismal.
