Waist of money they dont deliver on what they promise stay well away from this company yes the staff are nice but that's just to get what they want. Full of promises but a waist of time

If you value your business do not use this company, had a salesman call me towards the end of 2025 with regards to my website, I explained that I was moving area and would be in touch about updating address and homepage, got my moving date and contacted him, sent email with regards changes to address so I would show up on google maps and change homepage and keep my target area at 20 miles from my new address.
Had a meeting with the salesman and got told not a problem, and got talked into a complete new website.
Signed contract, then get told that they do not change addresses on websites, and would have to pay for extra areas, should have been told this, they seem to tell you what you want to hear to get your business.
Apparently have been told that I need a verification code from google to verify my business to make changes, surely the idiots at PromoteUK should have known this
I am getting zero enquiries via my website and am about 4 months in with the new website, my old one was generating a lot of enquiries, only went with Promote Uk as got told that they could do my changes and do the SEO.
Don’t make the mistake I did, this company are hopeless, all I get is excuses about the address, if this was case I should still be getting enquiries from the area I moved from.
Now I am getting threatening emails if I don’t pay them some more money they will take down my website and this would stop me getting enquiries, wake up Promote UK, I am not getting any enquiries.

Based on recent discussions with Promote they have really accommodated me as a business.

Reflection on this I fealtnits only fair to justify a previous review and give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only time you will receive contact from this company once the you are up and running is to chase you for money, or to get you to renew for more money.
In my experience the only other time I received any contact was to inform me there had been a data breach and personal details/ emails had been hacked…( I have the messages to back this claim up)…
The domain that I registered for 10years is now being held to ransom by this company, even though in the terms and conditions the domain remains the property of the owner….
Avoid and use someone more trustworthy who won’t tie you in and hold you..
