Very pleased with my products when they arrived. I did not receive a dispatch invoice. Mixed communications by direct email I.e. they have been delayed because of a system issue. When an earlier correspondence said they were dispatched. Missed a birthday. Better late than never, but because PB is local I will shop again. With fingers crossed.
