I came to Flokinet for a tolerant hosting service that I feel likely to maintain my website and protect me from troll accounts who would abuse systems.

The layout and system wasn't familiar to me, but with some customer service tickets I managed to get my setup in place (and corrected, since I did some things wrong), and some other odd problems solved very quickly and without drama.

Viktor in particular came in clutch more than once for me, explaining what I did and how to go forward, including issuing refunds (in credit) for accidental overpayments I made.

The price is good (biennually) for the service they provide and promised privacy features, and now that I'm setup and ready, I'm confident to use them in the long term!

My VPS on FlokiNET was suddenly blocked without any notification, explanation, or refund. I received no email, no warning, and no reason for the suspension. I needed the server urgently for work, and their support response time was extremely slow — hours or even days — while my service stayed offline.

I paid for a service I couldn’t use, and they didn’t provide any clear justification or compensation. Very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend them based on how my case was handled.

Arguably the best host at this price range. Support is friendly and fairly quick (as long as you reach out during sane office hours and not on a weekend).
And nice to find company with some integrity, in this day and age, where dollar is all that counts for everyone.

Made a mistake and bought a VPS in Finland. After testing the routing, I figured out I actually needed their Netherlands location for my setup. I contacted support fully expecting to go through a tedious refund process or pay extra fees since the NL server costs a bit more.

Instead, Viktor from the support team got back to me right away. He just canceled the old one and spun up a new NL server for me. The best part? He waived the price difference and kept my original discount just because it was my first time using them.

Honestly, it's super rare to find a host that actually cares about the customer experience instead of just squeezing every cent out of you. The server is fast, but the support is 10/10. Big thanks to Viktor!

Very quick and friendly support. Great care about free speech and non-censureship, it is also nice that they are based outside of US and EU control (Iceland). Services are what you would expect at modal market prices. Only their control panel interface feels a bit outdated, but that could be easily fixed someday.

I cancelled my subscription properly, yet they kept charging me through their payment gateway as if nothing had happened. This is something I’ve never experienced before with any other service, and it shows a worrying lack of control and professionalism.

Although they eventually issued a refund, the fact that I had to notice the unauthorized charge myself and chase them for it is unacceptable. A company that cannot manage cancellations correctly puts customers at risk and creates a serious trust issue.

I would strongly recommend double-checking your billing if you decide to use this service. They took about 6 months to refund me the money they billed without my authorization and dozens and dozens of messages
