Sehr unfreundliche Betreuung. Man kann sagen - es gibt keine Betreuung. Am Telefon meistens inkompetente Personen. Per Kontaktformular wochenlang keine Antwort oder überhaupt keine Antwort.
Ich versuche vergeblich seit einem Jahr einen Filter für meinen Staubsauger Invictus X7 Facelift zu bekommen. Ich habe schon lange keine Hoffnung mehr auf den Artikel. Aber vor 2 Monaten haben sie mir falschen Filter zugeschickt. Ich habe bis jetzt keine Erstattung bekommen. Nicht mal eine Antwort wurde mir gegeben.

Mi sono trovato malissimo a livello di prezzi sono completamente fuori mercato...per cambiare un connettore e la batteria al mio samsung s21 per altro un modello abbastanza vecchio rispetto ai tel odierni mi stato chiesto 130€. Poi mi sono recato alla samsung negozio ufficiale via cipro 4 a Roma dove lo stesso lavoro con pezzi e manodopera mi è stato completato con 80€ lavoro finito.

Dieser Hochdruckreiniger ist ja der reinste Wasserschweinständer, und das in diesen Zeiten. Obendrein noch mit Seife , ist das eine Umweltverschmutzung, die nicht zu toppen ist.

Service gehört zu den wichtigen Merkmalen von gutem Marketing. Das ist bei GENIUS anders. Auf erste Anfragen wird -wenn überhaupt- erheblich zeitverzögert reagiert. Ersatzteilbestellungen dauern lange und dann kommen auch noch das falsche Teile.
Abgehen von dem Produkt "Rotorazer 8in 1", das nicht andeutungsweise mit den Werbeversprechungen übereinstimmt, ist es müßig, sich zu beschweren, das Unternehmen ist ohnehin nicht lernfähig. Warum reagieren aber Verbraucherzentralen oder andere Organisationen nicht und warnen vor solchen Machenschaften? Ehrliche Menschen werden immer weiter belogen und mit grenzwertigen und falschen Versprechungen gelockt. Ich bedauere, dass ih einen Stern für diese Veröffentlichung geben muss.

Rotorazer 8 in 1 ist sehr leistungsschwaches Gerät.
Dünne Äste werden nicht abgeschnitten, sondern abgebrochen. Bei etwas dickeren Ästen bleibt die Rundklinge stecken. Kunststoffklingen schneiden das Gras nicht. Die Enden des Grasschneideseils sind nach dem ersten Gebrauch ausgefranst.
Nicht empfehlenswerter Gerät.

Habe feelvita Lipoxanthin Kapseln, wie in der Werbung angepriesen, genommen und musste feststellen das dieses Produkt keinerlei Wirkung zeigte. Meiner Meinung nach ist das nur Verarschung und Abzocke.

This is the worst rip off company around. They charge heaps with there Dominator Website then do nothing at all. After 10 years I asked to have my returns policy put on my website and they charged me $150 for 2 minutes work even though their service offers Monthly website support, Bollocks. Never use this company. That is only the start of all the problems they have caused me.

Il corriere Gofo ha dato per consegnato il pacco che naturalmente non è mai arrivato!
Contattato Gofo 4 volte mi dicono sempre di richiamare per avviare la pratica di rimborso poi non la fanno! E ultimamente non rispondono più al telefono.
Ho scritto a Genius per avere il rimborso, senza risposta.
Più che un servizio pessimo mi sembra ci siano tutti gli estremi per un truffa.

Aggiornamento : Genius in risposta alla mia mail mi dice che devo fare richiesta sottoscritta con tutti i miei dati e copia del documento di identità perché mi spediscano di nuovo il pacco (che tra l'altro non mi serve più, visto i tempi) e non prevedono rimborso... Non commento.

Also gleich zu Beginn möchte ich sagen, dass ich keinen einzigen Stern vergeben würde. Das ging leider nicht.
Am 05.04.26 habe ich eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Angegeben war eine Auslieferung von 1-3 Werktagen. Es kann immer eine Verzögerung auftreten. Dann informiert man aber den Kunden. Bis heute habe ich keine Ware. Zwischenzeitlich wollte ich die Bestellung stornieren. Es wurde gesagt das es nicht möglich ist da die Sendung an DPD übergeben würde. Das war am 04.05.26. Bis heute habe ich von DPD keine Ankündigung der Lieferung.
Laut dem Kundendienst von Genius sollte ich die Annahme verweigern und nach Eingang der Rücklieferung kann es 2-3 Wochen dauern ehe ich eine Rückzahlung erhalten. Rücklieferung sollen auch ich bezahlen. Also ich bestelle nichts mehr in diesem Shop. Ich finde das Geschäftsgebaren unmöglich.

i once tried to add a meaning to lyrics, but the narrow minded top contributors bully you for getting even the slightest thing “wrong”. people spam hate comments and the so called moderators don’t moderate. i tried to add a song, wrote down every lyric and annotated them, but the artist for the song wasn’t on there. so, i set it as unknown artist and was going to add the artist afterwards. as i tried to do that, my account got suspended. i tried to see what happened, and they said to read the community guidelines and it would be un suspended. i did so. nothing. i then contacted a moderator like it said, not taking the time to realise THEY DO NOT CARE. i contacted support by email but had only one automated response giving me reasons why i might be suspended. there is no human interaction whatsoever. this site could be so good, but it sucks so bad. i beg they make this site work eventually, but i guess my prayers fall on deaf ears…

The website is terrible. You would think a company that routinely collaborates with big name artists would be able to run a website but apparently not. It refreshes every 5 seconds, ads cover a large portion of the screen, when I click on an annotation the page jumps to another section of the lyrics. I hoped it would run better with an ad blocker but no it didn’t help at all. Moderation is a whole other problem. For a site that’s main feature is providing community annotations for lyrics, it feels impossible to actually be able to do that.

Genius is the go-to place for reliable information about almost any track. You’ll find lyrics, annotations, background context, and references there. There’s nothing comparable at this scale.

Artists and fans contribute annotations that add a unique layer of insight. For anyone who appreciates music beyond just listening, Genius is an obvious first stop.

I’m not sure what the complaints are about. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Ich habe den Invictus X8 von Genius gekauft am 11. 2023. Leider war meine Erfahrung sehr enttäuschend.

Nach ungefähr einem Jahr trat ein deutlicher Mangel auf: Der Staubsauger hat eine sehr schwache Saugleistung, kleine Partikel und Staub bleiben auf dem Boden liegen, und beim Zurückziehen oder beim Ausschalten spuckt das Gerät sogar einen Teil des Staubes wieder aus.

Der Hersteller hat das Gerät zwar einmal ersetzt. Allerdings trat beim Austauschgerät nach etwa einem Jahr exakt das gleiche Problem wieder auf. Das deutet aus meiner Sicht auf ein grundlegendes Qualitäts- oder Konstruktionsproblem hin.

Besonders enttäuschend ist jedoch der Kundenservice. Anstatt eine faire Lösung anzubieten, verweist der Hersteller lediglich darauf, dass seit dem Erstkauf mehr als 24 Monate vergangen sind, und lehnt jede weitere Unterstützung ab.

Für ein Gerät in dieser Preisklasse ist es nicht akzeptabel, dass der gleiche Defekt nach relativ kurzer Zeit erneut auftritt und der Kundenservice keinerlei Kulanz zeigt.

Aus diesen Gründen kann ich dieses Produkt leider nicht empfehlen.

Sollte der Hersteller eine faire Lösung anbieten, bin ich gerne bereit, meine Bewertung entsprechend zu aktualisieren.

I am the legal guardian and authorized representative of the artist HaVexy. Recently, an individual uploaded the entire “Ear Blessers” album to Genius without authorization, falsely claiming it as their own work.

Genius did not verify the identity or rights of this user before publishing the album, which resulted in our original recordings being distributed without consent. This oversight allowed a third party to misrepresent copyrighted material and mislead listeners.

I hope Genius strengthens its verification and content review process to prevent unauthorized uploads in the future.
