When I ordered it said one to five day delivery. First box arrived within 3 days, after a couple of days, and no other delivery. I called customer service which is a leave your message and we’ll get back to you. I think it was a day later that a person did call, but could not tell me when the rest would be delivered. And that she would pass it on the the department that handles It and that I could expect to hear from them, said it would be 48 to 24 , package finall arrive Monday the 2nd.

This Place is Terrible My Parts was Damage then I had to wait a week later to Order. Then I got a Phone call right after Fedex deliver ?
them With a guy staying he work for them with the Company Name on my Caller I.D from Customer Service, Make a long story short IT WAS A SCAM. How did he get my tracking , Number and the Parts still don't line up, And I only get a Email mail 2:00am in the morning they all working together . AECOJOY BEWARE. I GOT SCAM OUT OF ALOT MONEY. AND OF COURSE THEY DENIED IT

2 White Pergolas Look Great
We bought 2 white pergolas, a 12x12 and a 12x14, the price was great, they were shipped within days and arrived in great condition, we love the look, my husband's a contractor so he took the old one down (from the previous homeowner) and installed the new ones himself, he's very tall and raised them up a foot on wooden posts which really improved the view out the windows. They might be challenging for the average homeowner to install.

Unclear instructions. Hole did not matches
The frame was built ok. However the holes in the frame did not match the hole of each laminate.
The explanation how to install the first laminate is unclear ending up with a mayor gap between the last laminate and the frame. I am not satisfied with this product. I have to improvised to finished.

Their refund policy is horrible. Even when you send back unopened you only get back 80% of what you purchased for.

The design is good BUT…
The design is good but the roof panel holes do not line up well with the cross braces which were slightly bent. The roofing trim material needs to be 1 step heavier to avoid the bending at the slightest touch. There should be a 2nd brace on top of legs on all 4 sides to avoid legs bending when fully assembled. The instruction sheet did not include the last detail of the front 3 cross brace pieces to attach before trim is added.

Could be sturdier but...
The product was pretty nice. There were quite a few cracks in the wood when we received it but that could have been due to handling while being shipped. Contacted customer serviced about said cracked pieces and they offered a discount to offset the price of us having to fix some pieces ourselves. So far so good; seems it will keep our chicks safe and dry.

I spent 500$ an a patio furniture set. I was sent the completely wrong color. Aecojoy refused to except a return and refused to correct the order. They wanted me to keep the incorrect order and offered 15$, then 10%, then 20% as an apology. Do not purchase anything from this company. Walmart had to step in and give me a refund.

Delivery is excellent
Delivery is excellent. My problem is that I cannot find installer in our city. The one I found will charge me $65/hour. We are elderly on retirement income and mobility problem. The manual says need 5 persons to install and google search says for one person it will take 2 days. It will be very nice if installation included with purchase.
