Best mattress.
Bought Novaform and Casper. Killed my lower back for 90 days and had to return. This Serta Perfect Sleeper Innerspring Mattress 2023 is perfect perfect! Lower back pain went away and sleep super good! I got the plush pillow top and I am a side and back sleeper (mostly).

The mattress was fine. How ever the delivery was less than acceptable. The box arrived crushed and taped back together. Luckily the mattress was undamaged

Love my new Serta Pefect Sleeper ! It was a warranty replacement on an 8yr old Serta Perfect Sleeper that experienced a side wall failure. I want to commend Serta for standing behind their 10 yr warranty! There was no cost to me at all, it was delivered in 2 weeks, they removed the old mattress and put my new mattress on my existing foundation. I will definitely be recommending Serta to everyone I know and my next mattress will be purchased from Serta!

Would not order from you again
I ordered on August 1. August 26 was the earliest delivery date. This item has been at the delivery warehouse since August 7. It is now August 25 and I still don’t have a delivery window. This is supposed to be “white glove” delivery. I would not have purchased this item if I had known how long it would take and how poorly coordinated the delivery would be. I could rent a truck cheaper than burning a whole day of ETO just for this.

Came as expected, in good condition. Opened up as expected, it wasn't quite as comfy as I hoped, but it wasn't bad either. I got the pillow top, but I have had to add a memory foam top to it.
