I booked and paid 5 tickets and get nothing. No confirmation, no tickets. Have to wait untill i get my money back, meanwhile i need to book new ones. These will be more expensive. Not so happy now!!

And then they ask what my opinion is, within a split second i receive the e-mail. Ah, that succeeds.....
