Absolutely awful service. They allocated a 3hr delivery slot and missed it. Hours later they updated the tracking to 'by the end of the day'. They missed this delivery too. So I waited in all day for nothing. The next day they allocated another 3hr delivery slot. This was allocated after that time had begun. They once again missed that delivery slot. When the parcel was delivered, hours later, there was not so much of a mention of why the deliveries were late. The twice I phoned customer service they were absolutely useless. They were only able to tell me that the parcel was scheduled for delivery. As a delivery company they are letting the retail companies they deliver for down!

Thanks for the standard cut and paste response, as seen on numerous other reviews. You address the poor customer service but just seem to accept that the service provided was normal!
