Very poor customer service when things go wrong. I ordered in stock items only to find they aren't instock and there is at least a two week delay.
Shame as prevoius service has been excellant.

Commander une pièce honda 3/4 du prix par rapport a la France, 15 jours après et 16€ de dédouanement, franchement c'est top pour moi j'ai fait une belle économie, et pièces d'origine en plus 👍

Made a small order, and it said it was posted on 22nd june to uk. It is now 6 1/2 weeks since EMS said it was posted, and it still hasnt ardived in uk. Webike wont help, EMS wont help.
I have no parts, no help, no refund, no parts being sent to replace the lost ones, and i wont use webike again. Absolutely useless customer service from a country that prides itself on respect.

Bonjour à toutes et à tous ceux qui verront ceci. Je rédige cet avis pour partager mon expérience sur webike Japan. J'ai découvres ce site il n'y a vraiment pas longtemps. Mais j'avoue que le professionnalisme, la rapidité et la précision que ce soit au niveau du traitement des commandes et au niveau de la justesse des pièces demandées. Je suis très satisfait de leurs prestations. Je recommande vivement Webike Japan à tous ceux qui cherchent l'authenticité et la justesse. Moi j'ai vraiment une belle expérience avec cette plate-forme. Pour le peu de temps passé avec eux, je suis à ma cinquième commande.

acquisto , dopo gioni, senza motivo mi annullano l'ordine, IO HO PAGATO SUBITO CON PAYPAL ......IL MIO rimborso dopo aver atteso una settimana per vedermi annullato l'ordine ? ..... SCONSIGLIO SONO POCO SERI , E SOPRATTUTTO NON è GIUSTO CHE DEBBA ATTENDERE UN RIMBORSO PER GIORNI PAGANDO PAYPAL !!! sconsiglio vivamente ELIMINO IL MIO NUOVO ACCOUNT !!!! scorretti ADDIO !!!

Les pièces sont conformes et arrivées relativement rapidement (7 jours).
Pour une commande de 200 euros les formalités de douane ont couté une trentaine d'euros.
C'est donc très interressant par rapport au tarif Français.

Par contre pour une petite commande de 18 euros les formalités ont couté 26 euros, ce qui fait que les pièces m'ont couté le même prix que chez Honda.

Il est dommage de ne pas avoir une estimation, j'éviterai les petites commandes à l'avenir.

Pour le reste rien à redire.
Au final j'ai fait une belle économie avec de la pièce d'origine, je suis satisfait.

Webike listed an item they don't have, and would not be able to send for 7 months!

When they issued a refund I lost money for the exchange coversion done each way for their bad business practice - really not cool and very unhappy with time and funds wasted by Webike - I won't buy from them in future and suggest you don't too.

Great selection of parts. Fast delivery via Ems at very reasonable price. Good customer service. Received a faulty mirror and explained with photos the fault. Few days later they sent out a replacement via EMS. Very honest and I don't think you would get this level of honesty from other sellers.

A noter petit hic = frais de dédouanement surprise de 29 eur... 50% du prix de la pièce....

Sto pensando a cosa potevano fare di peggio a quello che hanno fatto. Mi hanno contattato per ritirare la mia moto nuova un Kymco DinkX 125 il giorno 28 di febbraio 2026. Si pensa che quando devi ritirare una moto nuova avrebbero dovuto sincerarsi che funzionasse ma purtroppo non è stato fatto. Infatti oltre alla loro scortesia volevano che io portassi via la moto anche se difettosa del blocchetto di accensione e apertura comandi. Dopo due settimane mi hanno ridato la moto senza un QR code di istruzioni, il blocchetto cambiato ma non codificato, lo sportello della benzina graffiato e dicendomi di fare il primo tagliando a km500 (invece che km 1000). Alla fine ho dovuto recarmi presso un vero qualificato centro di assistenza Kymco dove hanno risolto egregiamente tutto. Esperienza più che pessima. Non passerei da loro nemmeno per farmi gonfiare le ruote della bicicletta.

Webike Japan is not accurate just look at the bike models description, a lot is missing and some information is just wrong . Do Not Trust them !!!!

I have been ordering lots of parts for my honda monkey, I believed they were a great company until now, I ordered a front brake disc that says on there website fits my bike but it doesn't, I requested a refund but they no longer answer my emails

Just received the OEM Honda XL200R parts from Webike Japan, very well packaged so arrived safely and suprisingly quick. Even with shipping costs the parts were less expensive than in the UK.

Amazing service. Have bought many items with no issues. Most recently I received a rare fuel tank for my old kawasaki for cheap. I was extremely impressed with how good the packaging was. It was boxed with a lot of care which is refreshing to see these days. Top job webike will definetly be a returning customer,

Ordered 2 items I couldn’t get in the uk.
Didn’t expect much given the amount of negative reviews but I’m very pleased with Webike Japan.
I ordered the parts on Tuesday 15th December and they arrived today 19th December! That’s faster from Japan than most Uk to Uk services!!
Absolutely over the moon with both goods and service.

I paid for an item a month ago. They were fast in telling me that the item was out of stock and i would receive a full refund. I have not received my refund yet. Several emails later and still no refund. Do not deal with this company.

Found a hard to source part for a GPZ 500s at almost half the price of CMS and Fowlers. That included delivery. Ok so I had to wait 12 days....so what. Great service and great value.

Var från början orolig kring produkterna som skickades efter. Och om de skulle komma. Hade ju också läst negativa omdömen. Så tog en liten chansning. Men allt gick jättebra. Och produkterna ser väldigt bra ut. Samt mycket billigare inklusive frakt än om jag beställt från Sverige. Har inte testat ännu om allt stämmer när jag ska montera på motorcykeln men det tror jag kommer stämma. Har ju beställt via OEM-nummer. Väldigt nöjd än så länge. Tog dessutom bara 8 dagar att komma från beställningen.
