Very poor customer service when things go wrong. I ordered in stock items only to find they aren't instock and there is at least a two week delay.
Shame as prevoius service has been excellant.

Scammers, tryied ordering a jacket online. They ask for your driving licence at the checkout for customs.
I don't think so, since when did DVLA handle customs info.

Scammers, register after seeing on Facebook. Checked the internet and seems OK. Once registered no survey's available. Scammed and got me details for free. More fool me.
