Quick delivery. Did not like the vanilla and smoke black pepper flavour though !

Delivery: next day delivery is not next day! This was my second order and it’s 5 days late so far. Tracking only updated a few hours ago! It’s now saying not being delivered until Tuesday when i ordered last Monday with next day delivery!

The device, cheaply made and does not hold its charge. Randomly will stop working and just constantly vibrate.

The juice/pods only flavour that so far dosnt taste burnt is mint. The pods are expensive for what little juice you get and then they aren’t fit for purpose!

Costumer service, an ai bot and you’re lucky if you get a response from an actual human! They don’t reply very quickly if at all. I’ll be sending my order back when it eventually comes as it’s a waste of money!

If you’ve brought a ripple and your quitting like I am just know that on top of your withdrawal which is already unpleasant you will be even more frustrated with this silly device! Better off getting Nic free juice from the vape shop as it’s cheaper and dosnt taste burnt!

The 1 star is for misselling their delivery. I paid £6 for next day delivery, only to find out that they had used Royal Mail 48 which is not even a next day delivery service. If you try to complain, you only get AI, who promises to escalate the complaint, but then nobody get back to you.

Love the products. Great communication.

Do not waste time or money ordering these. Three out of the five I ordered were faulty. Just taste like burnt.

I’ve placed an order on the 10th of August. Still no delivery. Automatically responses to my email . No Customer Service phone number to talk to anyone .
Very unlike ripple but this experience this time is so disappointing. They have my money but no items or alternatives if items are out of stock .
Will have to find another brand to use

I ordered the starter kit, which came with the rechargeable pod device and 6 pods. Shipping took a while, but I live in the US so that’s pretty understandable. The device is sleek and fun and charges quickly. I’ve tried each flavor and most are good, but only a couple are really great. The pineapple does not taste good and sort of burns. My only other real gripe is that 2/6 pods I’ve finished so far started leaking about halfway through and I lost most of the second half of the juice. You’ll know when the pod is empty because it tastes more like a burning toaster than an empty vape. Otherwise, it’s really helped with the hand-to-mouth habit, and I’m confident that once I’ve finished all the pods I’ll be back to inhaling nothing but air.

Really happy with the product especially the rechargeable pods. It was easy to order, arrived smoothly, and works well for me.

The product is generally very good. I did have a defective pod in my last order, but otherwise very satisfied

Ripple is so so so annoying 10 vapes only lasts me for a week of using! I go out every night. One night i puffed 2 vapes out most of the time. I think they lied on 1000 puffs. Sometimes it feels like less than 300 puffs per stick or cartridge. It really makes me stop to smoke nicotine. However for what costs? Spending more than 150bucks a week. Ripple are stupidly ripping peoples off. Their device is not so consistent too sometimes it works good most of the time they put less oil in their device suddenly it runs out of puff so quickly. And you feel frustrated!!!

I love this vape, it helped me quit nicotine. I’m also in love with the matcha flavor

It’s a positive change from nicotine vapes. It’s helped with the craving and feeling jittery. Would recommend to anyone wanting to quit nicotine!

We ordered Ripple co vapes on July 31st and the shipment supposedly got lost. We were never notified. After 15 days, we contacted ripple and they supposed placed a replacement order for our items. We received a confirmation number, but no tracking or update email. The order never came. We contacted ripple again through email and they apologized and said they placed another order for us that would take 1-3 business just to ship out. We have still received no confirmation email or tracking information. It’s been 21 days now. My partner had a short window to quit smoking and ordered the vapes plenty early enough. He is now deeply struggling trying to go through the quitting process without the Ripple order that he already payed for 20+ days ago. It has been a nightmare for us trying to get our items from Ripple. I would not trust this company if you are planning to depend on a Nic-free vape to quit smoking.

i owe all my success in quitting nicotine to RIPPLE. i truly wouldn't have made it this far without them.
