The Ripple+ is amazing. I tried vapes and mods for years and never liked any of them because they didn't smoke like a cigarette. Ripple+ has helped me finally quit smoking after 30 years, and I am very appreciative for that. With the replaceable cartridges, and great flavors, and quick charge time, it's an incredible product. My favorite flavor is the Gold, but I haven't had a bad one yet.

Was really looking forward to trying this. Got a variety of flavours to try and the rechargeable pod. Every flavour has that foul burnt taste, even with a new pod after just a few draws the burnt taste is over powering… complete waste of money…. Please look elsewhere if no nic is what you are after….

Ever since I started purchasing ripple, I have never looked back at ever going back to a nicotine vape. It’s been a year now and I’ve been completely satisfied with this product. I love the flavors. I love getting the Seth Rogan incense in my package every time it’s a nice little treat and I just thank you so much for saving me from the toxic vape that I was using. This has been a life-changing tool for me.

Bought the ripple device from Sainsbury's as wanted to switch to a nic free option which came with a watermelon pod. Bought also another box of strawberry pods. The watermelon pod was fine, however when opened the separate box of strawberry pods they both had an awful burnt taste. £9 down the drain. Decided to give them another chance and bought the 'Happy' pineapple pods. Again, both pods had the same awful burnt taste after just a few puffs. Another £9 down the drain. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying those.

I placed an order with ripple+ back on August 25th, and a week later, it hasn't even been fulfilled.

My order status is completely stuck. No shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no explanation for why it's taking so long to pack a simple order. I tried emailing the support (info/therippleco.com) to ask for a status update, but I’ve been met with total silence for over two days.

Taking money instantly while leaving customers completely in the dark with zero communication is ridiculous. If you’re experiencing fulfillment delays, at least send an automated update or take 30 seconds to reply to an email.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I just want my order shipped or my money refunded at this point.

This is an incredible product! It’s been on my radar since they first started years ago and I always knew if something helped me quit it will be this one and sure enough this year the moment has come and I’m so grateful!
Love that they’re always working on improving the product as well! Flavours are fantastic!

Love the product but sometimes I feel like I don't get 500 puffs or batterie doesn't last as long as I think it should

The best part of this whole experience is finding this product, is the best product I found. I’ve been using it for like four years now. Has no nicotine taste is amazing and plant base I haven’t smoked nicotine in four years. ordering is easy the family of ripple it’s amazing helpful I mean overall and amazing product

Very disappointed, purchased the starter pack which was roughly around £65. Absolutely not good value and way over priced. The vape its self is very thin and fragile and seems very cheaply made. I’ve tried the watermelon and that had no flavour whatsoever so tried the blackcurrant and that’s exactly the same. I would avoid unless you’re only looking to just have air. I would return if I could.

I very much love the product. I hate that it no longer arrives to me when ordered through the maker and that I have to use Walmart, which does not sell pods. Ripple has only sent me AI messages about my late order and has not addressed that fact that I have been waiting since mid-July to for it to arrive. It is September.

Unfortunately this is the second batch of Dream pods Ive ordered that taste strange. First few puffs are delightful after that it just tastes burnt and flavourless. The liquid used for this flavour seens to taste burnt quickly. I thought is was the way i used it at first but i left lng gaps between puffs naf it didnt help. Such a shame as this could be ny favorite flavour but for know i will stick to the mint flavours. Shame as it has been a costly exercise. Would not recommend unfortunately

Absolutely terrible customer service
Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
My order was sitting there for over a week and wasn’t being shipped because the Magic Pods were out of stock. I contacted customer service and eventually they told me that was the reason for the delay.
I clearly said I did not want replacement pods and asked them to refund the unavailable pods and ship the rest of my order.
Instead of actually dealing with my request, I got a completely irrelevant, obviously automated response about delivery delays. I explained the situation AGAIN, and still couldn’t get a proper response.
At this point I’m not even asking for anything complicated — I just want the unavailable items refunded and the rest of my order shipped.
It’s incredibly frustrating to spend time emailing customer service only to receive generic AI-style replies that completely ignore what you’re actually saying.
If you have a problem with your order, don’t expect a quick or useful solution from their customer service. Very disappointing.

I purchased a starter kit a few weeks ago and within a week or two after receiving it, my rechargeable device had some kind of weird orange stain appear on the outside that ran down the length of the device. The unit was never out of the house or in a pocket. It sat on a dresser. No matter what I tried, the stain will not come out.

Then I went to go ahead and create a case for a replacement on their website and everything seems simple and fine. I provided my order number and pictures. It said within 24 to 48 hours I would receive an email with tracking information for my replacement. I never received that and every time I try to check on it on the website it simply says that I cannot return the item because it’s already been returned.

Every email I send a follow up I am greeted with an automated email from their customer service AI bot saying click here to start a return which obviously just brings me to a never-ending circle.

I have not been able to find an email or phone number that I could actually communicate with a real representative so while I would say their products flavors may be good. I would seriously think twice about purchasing from this company if you ever want any type of support whatsoever.

It’s a week or more since I sent my replacement request and still nothing. Incredibly disappointing as they obviously spent a lot of money on advertising in their website.

I was looking at purchasing ripple+ so I signed up to their mailing list - I was pretty pleased with what I saw. However, as I live in Australia, it seems there may be infrastructural issues with shipping.

Since then, I have been bombarded with texts and emails. I have tried to unsubscribe from both, and yet they continue. I do not take kindly to being HOUNDED. It is a trite marketing scheme. Any and all chance of my purchasing or spreading the good word has been diminished.

Since signing up, less than a week ago, I have received 13 promotional texts. I have tried to cancel three times. As these are international, they do come at a cost.

Warning to all ye who sign up to their mailing list: it is more secure and unrelenting than Guantanamo (or so I hyperbolically suspect.) I will likely need a cigarette just to cope with the stress of it!

My partner will soon suspect me of having an affair, with all these unsolicited texts from Isaac - then there will be a REALLY condemning review.
