I went to sale for a fitting The staff were absolutely great and took there time with ne ,explained to me about everything I was trying out,wich gave me a better understanding of what clubs and shafts we're best suited for me I would highly recommend yourselves to anybody

It's all good until it's not
Prices are attractive but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I selected 2 items only to be told they weren't eligible for the basic Royal Mail postage and I needed to pay extra for the DPD next day service. My order was quickly despatched. The next day I didn't get a delivery update so checked the tracking. DPD had delayed the delivery, so no next day delivery I had paid extra for. I contacted Scotsdale customer service and was told I had to take it up with DPD. I thought it odd as I had no transaction with DPD, Scotsdale had instructed them. DPD confirmed that my transaction was with Scotsdale and I had to deal with them. When I went back to Scotsdale customer service they agreed to refund my delivery costs.
My question is why was I fobbed off to DPD for a refund when that responsibility was Scotsdale's. When I questioned this with them my message was ignored. Looking at previous reviews this isn't the first time this has happened.

Poor product packaging
I ordered two pairs of trousers which were delivered promptly but when I opened the package the trousers had been screwed up in the packaging and were clearly a return from another customer with no effort to make them of a standard that should be acceptable on this basis I would not purchase any further items from Scottsdale Golf
