DHL Express UK Arvostelua 

We had no advance notice of our delivery arriving - we tried to arrange it for Monday 7th September, it arrived Saturday 5th September. I received a text message at 12:35 stating the parcel would be delivered 12:40-13:40. I drove home immediately to find the (very expensive) items outside the front of our house. These should have been signed for and accepted but were not as no one was home. When looking at the tracking website after delivery, the shipment update stated I signed for the parcel and accepted them at 12:26, which is untrue as no one was home. One box was slightly damaged but the contents were undamaged inside. Poor communication, and far from impressed to see all our new pram and car seat delivery boxes left outside the house, for all to see.

The parcel was safely delivered but a day late with your deliverer not showing up the first time.

The first planned delivery would have been great timing for us. We were in and tracked the parcel using your gps mapping. It sat at "2 stops away" for about an hour just a few streets from our house. Then changed to "delivery attempted, no answer" We were in and no delivery was attempted. Rearranged for next day and it was then delivered but left on our step without collecting a signature.

This service didn't inspire trust. You normally do better.

I was out when the delivery was due, so the ability to collect from my local Robert Dyas was a great alternative. The staff at the Didcot Robert Dyas were superb and made the whole experience seamless.

The delivery was not done to me for a very high valuable item. Disaster

Had to resend a parcel after they failed to collect it the first time. Now they finally picked it up and guess what it has been stuck at Middleton depot for 4 days

If I could give no stars I would. My parcel arrived with the box in 2 halves and the contents damaged. The driver strategically balanced the top half of the box on top of the other so that I wasn't really aware that there was a problem until he left. When I tried to move the box, some of the contents practically fell out on my doorstep. The contents were clearly damaged when I lifted the top part of the box off.

Rearranged delivery for a Friday because somebody would be in all day. At 15:15 driver said delivery attempted no one was in. This is a lie. I have a ring camera clearly showing nobody coming to my door.
Was redelivered Saturday. Upon taking the parcel I was asked if it was a Pokémon card inside.
This leads me to believe my parcel was opened and only because I phoned straight away when they said nobody was in. They decided to actually deliver it.

they put a 24 hr hold on a parcel I had paid for before 12 Friday delivery. then notified me it'll be delivered on Monday...not Saturday. no explanation no way to contact anyone....do not use this bunch of clowns. completely useless.

My parcel says delivered but its not, forged signature on a signed for parcel and to top it off, it's crucial medicine for me. So now I have no medicine. Thanks DHL.

Appalling delivery or lack of it. Two parcels delivered to two other addresses - neither of them mine. Eventually managed to retrieve them by a process of deduction. The second parcel was damaged and had been just dumped outside a door. "Customer Service" - anything but - would not recognise shipment number and continual chatbots or ai designed to deflect by every means and never actually deal with the customer. A company to be avoided

A perfect on time delivery. It was left in my secure place as per instructions.

The delivery guy phoned asking for an exact drop off place. Redirected him to the right gate.

If I could use zero star I would. For some reason my address is unknown and the driver is unable to locate. Funny how these seem to occur on Friday afternoon deliveries. Why do we add our contact details should any difficulties occur during the delivery and they don't use the phone. They forget most people have made arrangements to be sat at home waiting for the delivery, especially when you have modified the original date to a later date to use holiday to be at home to recieve the package. I now have to take another day off and will it be delivered this time or will they say I have to collect from some depot miles away. Sorry if they do this for a business I would suggest they upgrade to what 3 words. Do avoid DHL please. Kind regards, David.

Pick up parcel this morning ..opened up damaged box , to iteams box damaged also ..

I ordered a new tablet from O2 which was to be delivered by DHL. I will list the failures of DHL.

I had no notification in the morning.
The live tracking was unavailable.
Used their abysmal automated customer service. Entered in the number on the card, the number wasn't recognised and the call was ended.
I phoned O2 who contacted DHL. A DHL representative was supposed to phone me during the afternoon and didn't.
I had to phone O2 again who said that DHL could only redeliver on Monday, which is 3 days late.

Before I receive the generic copy and paste reply, I will say that I have screenshots as evidence. I have also taken legal advice and I'm in contact with my MP.

Yes DHL! 🥳 Thank you so much for reading my delivery instructions, working out the gate code, accessing the property and for leaving the package in my safe space. I was delighted to see it there this morning and appreciate your precise delivery time and your professionalism.
