Didn’t realize that shipping was going to take several weeks. One of my items is too small. I’ve tried several times to return or exchange the item, but the AI customer service is non responsive after providing all my information and photo confirmations.

My last order, whihc I paid for quite some time ago...has not yet arrived.
During the summer I orderd two shirts which arrived and I love. Serverel weeks later, I ordered one more shirt and it has not arrived.
I have not attempted tracking it because I don't want to download any more apps.

Anne very helpful and grateful for the feedback. Like the designs and side zip pockets are great. Don’t need the chest pocket but like that they carefully align the designs to hid them. Material is nice and light but could be more breathable in hot weather. I hope they improve that.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
Steer clear of this company. They shipped me 2 shirts that were not true to the sizing listed on their website.
I sent them photos of the shirts showing the inconsistency. They offered me 15% off to keep the shirts that don't fit, which I rejected. Then they offered to make custom-sized shirts if I provided measurements...for an additional $20. I am not paying more money to get the shirts I thought I was getting for the original amount I paid. Then they said I have to ship the shirts back, or they would give me 30%. I have yet to find out what it will cost to ship the shirts back, but at this point, if I break even, I would be happy with the amount of time and effort I have put into getting my money back.
Follow Up To Response - I have already reached out to your support email address numerous times. This is where my photos were provided showing the defective sizing for the product. Your company offered 15%, then 30% discounts to shut me up, and that is not acceptable. After denying these discount offers, the niceness ended, and I was met with an email with broken English stating that I was responsible for shipping the defective shirts back to China. You also claim that the buyer is responsible for shipping charges back to China on non-defective products. Your product IS DEFECTIVE! It is not the size that is listed on your site, therefore, defective.

Everything are not as advertised, very disappointed.
Delivery: So slow, it tooks 17days to reach Perth.

Cap-Sewing is Un-aligned, QC bad.
Gloves-Stitching quality so bad, I assume it's not going to last pull out of fingers.Sponge is so thin. Material is very thin overall.
Overall, I won't dare to even buy other cycling apparel to try.
