Cardigan - Poor item quality
Poor item quality. A very odd fabric choice. I can’t understand why you would print a beautiful design on a cheap, fuzzy fabric. The fabric is almost like velour but very low quality. Doesn’t make sense to print on that type of fabric. But that fabric is bad in general.

There has been some mixup with my initial order. However, Brenna and team have been very responsive and after several promptly responded to clarifying emails, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction in a very professional and client oriented attitude.

Awful quality, no return policy…
Tshirts came after a bit of a wait which was great, but they’re definitely smaller than listed and the graphics are a cheap vinyl that feels plasticky. They’re the type of graphic that cracks and flakes off quickly. I wanted to return, but they have a really poor return policy, especially given the shirts measure smaller than advertised. Found the exact same shirt from a Canadian Etsy seller where they clearly stole the design from. Hers was much higher quality and only a few dollars more. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Brushing scam
Hi, I’m super glad you guys have asked me to leave a review when it gets too clothing. It is amazing. I can’t say I really do want to leave five stars however with the shipment and everything, it appears that you guys have someone who is doing brushing scams on your customers. I have gotten two T-shirts very well. Everything was good however, I also got a second package with loose balloons in the package with my address shipped from Uni Uni and I have a picture to show you.
Definitely something to look into I do not want my information being used like that out there
