First time using MoneyGram, and it was easy. The only downside is when you are asked each time you log in, 'what is the reason for the transfer' and questions regarding verification.

MoneyGram Is The Way To Send Money Internationally!

Fast, simple to use way of transferring money internationally. So far, absolutely no problems using the MoneyGram app. Have used MoneyGram to transfer money to the United States of America and Mexico and couldn’t ask for a more efficient and what appears to be very reliable service. Charges seem pretty fair to me as well.

I am extremely angry and disappointed…

I am extremely angry and disappointed with MoneyGram.
On August 13, I sent money to a family member through MoneyGram. The money was immediately taken from my bank account, but my family member never received it.
Today is September 6. I have now been waiting for 24 days, and I STILL have not received my money back.
How is it possible that MoneyGram takes money from my account, the recipient receives nothing, and then I have to wait for weeks to get my own money back? This is absolutely unacceptable.
I don't want excuses, and I don't want to keep hearing that I just have to wait. I want MoneyGram to resolve this immediately and refund my money.
After this experience, I have completely lost my trust in MoneyGram. I want other customers to know what happened to my money and how long I have been waiting.

Upgrade app is a nightmare …

The new moneygram app is a nightmare to manoeuvre, it doesn't allow customers to cancel transactions. It was a brilliant app before the latest upgrade...now its a nightmare. I absolutely hate it ..sort yourself out, if something is working well and not broken, please don't meddle.

Transferts fiables

Transferts fiables, bon taux d'échange, par contre dès fois rapide, dès fois pas trop. Et souvent le taux de change affiché initialement se réduit dès que vous décidez vraiment d'executer votre envoi(Transfert).
Mais souvent MoneyGram reste toujours le meilleur en taux de transfert, en ce qui concerne Madagascar...

Kein Geldtransfer möglich
Ich habe versucht ein Hotelzimmer in Indien zu bezahlen, aber mein Account wurde geschlossen trotz erfolgreicher Identifikation. 3 Chats konnte nicht helfen. Ich sollte stattdessen zu einem Kiosk gehen und Bargeld einzahlen.
Was für eine Zeitverschwendung mit Moneygram.
