Great Service
I'd never come across Master Mart before I made this purchase but I'm very impressed. I ordered something needed for work which was out of stock at our normal stationery suppliers. I placed the order in the afternoon and the item arrived before lunch the nest day. Extremely efficient service and good prices too. I'll definitely use Master Mart again.

Great Value but Poor Delivery
Mastermart themselves offer great value and the products are sent quickly. However, their Amazon couriers have delivered to the neighbours address3 or 4 times now. They blindly follow their GPS instead of using their eyes and looking for house numbers.

Item never arrived. Contacted company who said they would send out replacement item for delivery next day which also never arrived then no reply to emails sent...disappointing

An error on my part - wrong address attached but master mart dealt with it efficiently and item received a few days later
I hadn’t used master mart before and mistakenly didn’t update my delivery address on the shop app. Panic set in and I emailed and messaged the company who were brilliant and responded in record time, updated the address as promised and the item arrived a few days later
