Harrisons Direct Arvostelua 

An amazing company. I order mainly medical items from Albert Harrison. An excellent service even when there are delays due to the hot weather .
Many thanks for keeping the £200 free delivery price unit and always having stock. This has helped me budget for my small business or it to survive during this year and keep staff's jobs.
I am truly grateful to all of the wonderful staff .

I placed an order with Harrisons Direct on 21 July 2026. The order record shows a total of £316.82, including VAT, and lists the following products:

2 Denman D81S Small Style and Shine Brush Original
2 Toy Story 5 – Lily Pad Doodler
1 Clickeez Keyboard Mega Pack – Series 3
4 Baylis & Harding Elements Pink Blossom & Lotus Flower Hand Wash 500ml
The delivery I received did not match the order. I was sent wrong items, and the products were also of very poor quality.

This is not a minor picking error that can simply be dismissed. I paid for specific goods and quantities, and Harrisons Direct failed to supply what was ordered. The order may be marked “Completed” on the website, but it was not properly completed from the customer’s perspective.

I contacted Harrisons Direct and made my preferred solution completely clear: I do not want a refund; I want the correct items sent to me. I am even willing to pay a genuine price difference if I choose a more expensive alternative. That is a reasonable attempt to resolve the problem, particularly when the error was on the supplier’s side.

Customers should check every item immediately against their order and keep photographs of the packaging, delivery note and products received. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Harrisons Direct. I will update this review if they send the correct goods and properly resolve the complaint

I have placed two orders with Harrison’s Direct and ……….. couldn’t be happier 👍 my last order I placed on Monday and received on Tuesday. Ordering is simple your updated regularly. Order with complete confidence you won’t be disappointed.

customer service paul is rude.
does not have sense how to chat with customer.
ask him price during chat and told me to buy from some where
double price than wholesale price.

I ordered on Friday and they indicated delivery on Monday. Whole day i waited and email but no response. I had to reschedule my cargo booking :( and client expectation

I've been using Harrisons Direct since around June 2021 and every order has always been correct and arrived quickly. To top it all off, if ever I've had a question I know they're one email away from helping.

Awful company with unfair trading practices. They sent my poorly packaged order which caused damage whilst on its way to me. I contacted them within 4 days to ask to return they said no because I didn’t tell them within 24 hours. This isn’t U.K. law, as you’re meant to get 14 days to return any goods. Stay clear.

Huge banner on the website saying order by a certain time tor next day delivery. I ordered by this time. No delivery. Not even a courtesy email to inform me of the delay. I run a charity project and have had to significantly rearrange my schedule to accommodate the delay. Customer service simply said sorry - no small discount or token gesture to apologise. Very disappointed.

Absolutely diabolical service. Failed to deliver my items that cost over £50 for 6 months and claimed I put the wrong address in so therefore I cant get a refund or my products. Terrible company.
