Octopus Energy Arvostelua 

I believe i mentioned earlier about a proposed dd increase, i spoke to someone in octopus billing who said that they send these increase letters out to everyone automatic without looking at individual accounts to see whether an increase is needed. The lady i spoke to said shr would arange for it not to go up on my bill because i use less energy and i am in credit.however i have had no confirmation. Nothing in writing. So i dont know where i stand. Thid company is living off reputation bought from which.if they can write to say they going to increase my dd by 18% why cant they send letter to tell me confirm that this will not apply to me. All can show in any of this is a letter saying they are going to increase my dd by approx 18%. My ihd problem still persists. I have 0 to say thats good about this company. If i could rate them 0 i would but your site only permits 1 star rating. They dont dederve that. In my opinion.

Was easy to change the account into just my name ,now that I have lost my husband . Clare was very sim pathetic

The customer service team are very responsive to the customer’s requests. I dealt with Mark and he was extremely helpful.

Easy connecton to an agent (Coreen) who had a pleasant manner and a helpful attitude. The exchange of information between us was efficient and effective.. My issue was followed up subsequently by Coreen to confirm the solution.

I raised a billing query on behalf of my elderly mother. I received a very quick response in which Octopus admitted their mistake. The matter was dealt with in a very professional and helpful way by Ivana. Mum and I were very happy with the outcome and the customer service we had received. Thank you Ivana.

I'll be honest: Octopus customer service is not as good as it used to be.
Having had several very frustrating experiences telephoning Customer Services, I had the pleasure of speaking to Deb who was very friendly, polite, professional, and helpful. I also had a very good conversation with Diana - I wish that all Octopus Energy Customer Advisors were as polite, friendly and eager to assist as these two ladies.
I have been seriously contemplating leaving Octopus due to poor customer service, but I have reconsidered since speaking to Deb and Diana

They always provide immediate positive response about any issues regarding electricity or gas . As I experience a positive attitude about my bills as well .

I emailed Octopus regarding a problem with my gas meter. I received an immediate response from Rach, advising me what action to take to try to rectify the matter. Although that action didn't work, my subsequent exchange of emails with Rach resulted in a satisfactory conclusion to the matter.
Thank you Octopus for your speedy resolution.

Previously informed customers this company wasn't now honest. I received a call from one of their customer service staff l. I won't yet mention there name. Promised me Friday the problem would be solved and they would call me. Never received a call and problem not solved. Octopus.energy are just becoming a very disappointed and dishonest company. No longer care about its customers

Very clear guidance about accessing the Smart meter app information on energy use

They outsource their engineers, the customer service team & meter team do not communicate effectively. In the span of 5 months I have had 6 engineers out to fix my meter, which is still not fixed. They requested a report from me to complete the works which I provided then a month later the metering team said until they had the report they still couldn’t book me in, even though the customer service team confirmed I had already sent this.

Absolutely brilliant as always when I need help. I sent an email on Sunday evening and had answer immediately. Such an amazing company. I am so happy that we move with Octopus Energy nearly 8 years ago. Thank you Lily G.
