Don't trust this company. I bought a ticket to the Paris Opera Ballet on April 24th 2026. However the performance was cancelled due to artists strike. GoComGo said I would get a refund but after months of emails- nothing, no refund. The company has responded to some of my messages by saying that "refund will be made" but so far nothing happened.

Das Geld für das Ticket, das übrigens auch überteuert war, habe ich bis heute nicht zurückbekommen.
Zwei Monate lang haben sie mich hingehalten und immer wieder mit dem Versprechen vertröstet, dass ich mein Geld definitiv zurückbekomme. Letztendlich haben sie einfach nur Zeit geschunden und mich dreist angelogen. Verbrecher.

We purchased four tickets from GoComGo for Roméo et Juliette at the Opéra Bastille in Paris.
The performance was cancelled because of a strike.
GoComGo acknowledged in writing that we were entitled to a full refund and later informed us that refunds normally take 15–30 days to process.
Several months have now passed.
Despite numerous follow-up emails and a formal written demand, no refund has been received and GoComGo has completely stopped responding.
For balance, we should mention that we also purchased tickets through GoComGo for another performance (La Dame aux Camélias) on the same trip, and those tickets were delivered correctly.
Our complaint is therefore not about ticket delivery, but about the company's failure to honour a refund that it expressly promised in writing.
We hope our experience helps other consumers make an informed decision.

Habe letztes Jahr für eine Balett- Aufführung in diesem Frühjahr in der Pariser Oper 2 Tickets gebucht und bezahlt. Leider konnten sie mir keine Tickets besorgen. Bis heute warte ich auf meine Rückerstattung. Trotz mehrfacher emails passiert nichts. Ich kann diese Firma nicht empfehlen.

Despite the negative reviews, my experience was great. I ordered 2 tickets to the Bolshoi ballet in Moscow and received them in 2 days. They couldn't obtain the tickets I ordered, so they gave me 2 more expensive tickets at no extra cost. Personally, I was very satisfied.

Totally a scam company. They don’t return money after saying the show has been cancelled as they promised.

If considering GoComGo for a ticket purchase, RUN AWAY. $800 charged. No tickets delivered. Several weeks into pursuing my refund, with no luck. Have resorted to beginning the dispute process with my credit card company.

In spite of other reviews, we were very satisfied with the services of GoComCo. It got us premium tickets for the Scala in Milano that were nowhere else available and in the meantime answered all our requests directly and correctly.

A scam company. Tickets never received, money never paid back. (Palermo, Teatro Massimo New Year’s Eve Concert.) Stay away from them!

Le pongo una estrella porque no hay menos. Una auténtica estafa te envían la reserva sin OR a tu móvil y cuando vas a entrar al teatro, descubres el engaño.Nos estafaron en el TEATRO COLON DE BUENOS AIRES y nos dijeron en dicho teatro que esta central de reservas les ha ocasionado bastantes casos similares. No entiendo como sabiéndolo no hay manera de bloquearles y evitar que sigan estafando por todo el mundo. Voy a denunciar en mi País para que aunque lentos se vayan dando los pasos, para eliminar a esta gentuza.

Bestplätze für die hoffnungslos ausverkaufte Opéra Garnier in Paris praktisch in letzter Sekunde erhalten. Ich weiß nicht wie, aber es grenzte an ein Wunder. Preis war absolut fair!

These people are scammers. Stay away from them. The always find excuses and delays. They promised me a refund in full for tickets I bought for a performance at Teatro de Colon in Buenos Aires. The credit was never issued. Loss of 100%.

A scam. Tickets never arrived and refund never paid.

Everything worked, we got the tickets and visited the opera house. Seats were great. The commission is high, so 4 stars.

On 9/19/2025, we purchased 4 VIP tickets for a performance at the iconic Sydney Opera House on 1/ 27/2026 from GoComGo online.

As instructed, we took the 12/20/2025 confirmation email and the buyer's passport to the box office 1 hour before the show. So far so good. We were in Australia at the Sydney Opera House. We had seat numbers. We were excited.

But, the box office declared the tickets to be invalid. The tickets were resold for more than 110% of the original supply cost which violated the Australia Fair Trading Act of 1987. Before leaving the box office, I had the supervisor give me a letter outlining the reasons the tickets weren't accepted. Dejected at being scammed, we went back to our hotel.

As quickly as Lillian W., the Ticketing Duty Supervisor produced a 1-page letter detailing why the GoComGo tickets were invalid, our group was certain that she had the template on her computer, filled in our name and the show specific information, and hit print.

When we returned home, I immediately sent GoComGo an email and attached Lillian's letter.

GoComCo apologized. After escalating our issue to a manager, we were promised a complete refund on 1/30/26. On 2/14/26, having not received a refund, I emailed them again. Their reply said to allow 14-30 business days. 30 business days passed and still no refund so on 3/23/2026, I filed a formal dispute with our credit card company.

The dispute was resolved on 4/2/2026. Our account was credited for the ticket cost ($604) and the foreign transaction fee ($18.12).

Use this company at your own risk. If your tickets aren't accepted, get it in writing.

We really wanted to see a performance at the legendary Sydney Opera House and planned well in advance. Getting our money back helps but we'll probably never go back to Australia so sadly, that bucket-list item will remain on the bucket-list.

We booked tickets for Swan Lake at Teatro Colona in Buenos Aires, two weeks before the event we received an email to say they were trying hard to get our tickets, this was a shock as we thought they were confirmed. We then read the reviews and thought we'd been scammed, we emailed them a few times and they said they were doing their best to secure our tickets and if they failed they'd refund us. We were very surprised when we received the tickets and we got to see the ballet. We are the lucky ones, their service was actually quite good and they were very responsive, however I'd never use them again as they are not transparent on their website and because so many people have not been as fortunate as us!

He comprado entradas para la ópera en Budapest y no me han enviado las entradas. Faltan 48 horas para el evento y no responden a mis reclamaciones. Ojo con este portal.

GoComGo is a fraudulent website. Do not use this site to book anything. It may look legitimate, but this is just flash to get your payment information. I booked tickets from them for Astor, at Teatro Colon in Buenos Ares, weeks in advance. This was to be a birthday gift for my wife. They sent me an email confirming my order and promising tickets before the event. The day of the event they sent me another email with two false statements. One that there were no tickets for the event, and two that they would refund my money. I went to the box office, just an hour before the show, bought great seats for the show that were $150 less than what the site sold me their fictional tickets. The customer service said they would refund the money in 14 to 30 days, already outrageous, but here it is 30 days later and their customer service is no longer responding to my emails. This site is the worst of the worst, in not only do they take your money but they have no intention of providing product. I will continue to try to get this fraudulent website banned from search engines, but until these criminals are removed from the web, just beware.
