I was very skeptical about this working I have tried a few things like creams an lotions nothing worked I have used this for three days now and I'm actually walking with no pain I am very happy

De producten zijn goed, maar prijzig. De manier van verkopen is erg agressief. Voor je het weet, zitten er plotseling meer artikelen in je mandje als je in het afreken proces zit en je niet meer terug kunt. Natuurlijk kun je het terugsturen maar dat kost geld en een belachelijk proces waar je doorheen moet om te kunnen terugsturen.

ARNAQUE j'ai commandé 2 masseurs de pieds, il faut faire très attention, au moment de procéder au règlement 2 autres masseurs s'ajoutent aux 1ers, vous payer les 2, en plus le double que les mêmes articles vendus sur Amazon . A réception faux contact dans les appareils, je les ai retourné A MES FRAIS, ils ne remboursent JAMAIS, font traîner l 'affaire en vous envoyant des mails auxquels j'ai répondu et ainsi de suite jusqu'à arriver à 30 jours après la commande où la vous recevez un mail vous informant qu'ils ne vous remboursent pas car vous avez dépasser le délai des 30 jours. J'ai payé plus de 170 € pour 2x2 masseurs de pieds plus les frais de retour. Voilà leur méthode, donc ATTENTION

Entreprise malhonnête et appareils défectueux

Déjà j’ai commandé 1 appareil et j’en ai reçu 3 pour un montant exhorbitant. Colis arrivé sans ́nom d’expéditeur donc impossible d’en renvoyer 2 pour récupérer mes 119,98 euros volés.. PayPal ne me donne pas plus l’adresse et je suis restée avec 3 appareils dont celui commande qui ne fonctionne pas une fois rechargé. C'est très malhonnête et je suis très insatisfaite donc entreprise à éviter c'est mon conseil avise.

The company definitely has it's customers satisfaction a main objective. Product is worth the money.

I couldn't imagine the little Emsense massage helping me but it did more than i expect it

I saw an ad online. My purchase was easy and the updates and delivery time were great. I love the product although the price is a little bit steep. Since this was a company I had never ordered from before, the shipping and delivery updates were much appreciated. The product itself does help with my circulation and helps reduce the pressure and pain that I feel in my feet and ankle. I ordered two of the units so I can get relief in both feet at the same time. The massage pressure is a little bit too light for me however I do feel like I’m at the spa when I put them on.

I ordered one was sent three and charged for three contacted you and was told I could send them back all good however after using one I decided to keep all three very happy with this product for me and my husband thankyou for your help Dallas

Extremely disappointing – faulty product and very poor customer service
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of this product and the way this company has handled my complaint.
I originally ordered ONE pair of foot massagers, but the company sent me TWO pairs and charged me for TWO. I decided to keep them because my husband travels frequently, so I thought one pair would be useful at home and the other for travelling.
Unfortunately, one pair failed after only THREE WEEKS. It stopped working and would no longer charge. This was not the result of misuse or damage.
At the time the problem occurred, I was in Australia and therefore wasn't in a position to deal with the matter immediately. When I eventually contacted the company, instead of properly addressing the fact that a product had failed after just three weeks, I was told that their one-month return window had expired and they were unwilling to resolve the matter.
This response is unacceptable.
The company's own one-month policy does not simply override statutory consumer rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. In Scotland, where a fault becomes apparent within the first six months, it is generally presumed that the fault was present when the goods were supplied unless the retailer can establish otherwise.
I am therefore extremely unhappy that the company is attempting to dismiss the complaint simply by referring to a one-month window.
What makes this even more disappointing is that one of the two products failed after just three weeks, while the second pair has barely been used. I now have very little confidence that the second pair will be reliable either.
I bought these products expecting them to be safe, reliable and reasonably durable. Instead, I have a product that failed almost immediately and a company that, in my experience, has been unwilling to take responsibility for the problem.
I would not recommend this company or these foot massagers. My experience has left me with no confidence in either the product quality or the company's approach to dealing with faulty goods.
If you are considering buying these, I would strongly suggest thinking twice. Better buy a decent tens machine rather than this tickling device.

Bizar wat hier gebeurt. Heb mijn bestelling geretourneerd, producten deden het niet, binnen 12 dagen. EmSense heeft mijn producten ontvangen en mijn geld zou terug gestort worden. Tot op vandaag niets ontvangen. Bij navraag wordt gezegd dat ik buiten de 30 dagen ben wat echt niet klopt. Alle bewijzen gestuurd maar wordt niets mee gedaan.
Heb al 20 mail gestuurd en krijg elke keer hetzelfde antwoord van Mia (lezen kan zij niet helaas).

Have a lot of one foot pain due to a major surgery

These are great for the ankle feet for anyone dealing with pain. Use daily & my feet & leg cramps have,diminished.

This is a continuation of my last review.
The problem has not been resolved yet.
The recap my experience with emsense.
1) I have purchased two foot massagers only yet they charged me for a subscription fee for two months.
2) one massager was defective and replaced after a month long email going back and forth.
3) Replacement received was also defective. Video was sent and never replaced.
4) requested to return the items for a full refund but no progress.
5) they said Subscription charge was not refundable because the time has laped.
6) I have over 40 emails going back and forth trying to resolve the issue but it has not been facilitated.

I will fight to the end for a full refund...

I do not recommend this company nor the the product.

It is flat out fraud how they treat their customer..

Would give zero if I could. Avoid this scam site. They have an that tricks you into buying double and then when you try to cancel the additional order they claim you can't because it has been dispatched. Once it arrives and you contact them to arrange a return/refund they fail to respond. Been waiting 5 days now and still nothing -despite initial response of we will get back to you in 12-24 hours. Have chased multiple times and have not reply. Clearly a bunch of crooks.

This company keeps charging me monthly for product I did not order ,I will be going to the bank to report them and ask for the money back
