Aireasetraval is the worst I felt with Santiago por customer service they will sell you a ticket that is not paid for when you get to the ticket counter they will tell you it’s a fraud they take your money and they will try to buy the ticket then you fight to get a refund they don’t care every time you call back it’s like if it’s a different person but to me is the same just different name the send you a e-ticket with no confirmation number and you will never board the plane but Santiago told me yes you have the tickets now I’m fighting the refund and they don’t answer it’s better to buy a ticket ahead of time then going through the issue and having to buy a ticket at the airport.

Zero rating. To this day, AirEase Travel has refused to refund my 617.52 that they scammed out of us. Now when you call them they have changed their agency now to TRIP Travel. These are the same people. Do not book anything with them.

This company is a scam… Do not book with them.

They lure you in with a discount airfare on their website. If you make a booking, it is not refundable right after they charge your credit card, they call you and inform you that your flight ticket does not include any luggage. Additional fee could be double your original airfare. Also, they do not actually purchase tickets from the airline listed in the booking. You may arrive day of travel and end up with no flight. Or, they contact you just days before and tell you the flight has been canceled and that you need to pay a rebooking fee. This whole operation is completely shady and scams many people.

We paid for tickets in January and then realized that this company doesn't have the tickets in inventory. I called the company several times asking for actual tickets and kept getting ridiculous excuses why I should wait and that I shouldn't worry. Now it is March and the day before our schedule flight that we were told we would have tickets for and I called four times today and kept being told to be patient and wait a few hours. On the final call, I was told that the system had cancelled our order (not surprised since the flight was sold out). I was told that a refund would be issued the next billing cycle. Given the history of lies I have little confidence in this and am going to file a dispute with my credit card company. I will avoid this bunch of lying frauds in the future and advise everyone else to do the same.

I've been trying for over a month to work with these fools to get a seat on a particular flight. First they sold me a very affordable "restricted" ticket (which I NEVER got) then told me 3 weeks later (after I called) that my seat order didn't go through because of different name than mine on the payment card. They then offered me a "guaranteed seat" without the restrictions of the original deal on the fight I wanted but for more than twice the original deal price. Foolishly I purchased the deal and was told that I'd get my airline confirmation and boarding pass no later than 24 hours before the flight. Now 20 hours before the flight time I still have no ticket, no check in, no boarding pass and when speaking with a company rep, was told that I will have the boarding pass emailed to me by this evening. I have no confidence that I will ever receive anything more from these scammers. STAY AWAY!!!!

Great Price!!! This is Not the company to use if you want a no stress travel experience. There were extreme delays and tickets were not available until the last minute. The customer service from Peter was the reason for the 5 stars. He defined World Class customer service. Peter went above and beyond to make sure that my kid wasn’t stranded in NYC.- Thank you Peter-

This is a scam operation out of India. The standard deception, received a call after booking at a "highly discounted" rate with a major carrier, that they had a problem & needed me to verify w/ my bank. Totally fell for it & released the funds. You know the rest.

A really smooth experience with this airease travel agency.From the first call to the end of the trip, everything was handled professionally.They were patient with my questions,gave honest suggestions,and customized the itinerary exactly as per our needs.hotel bookings, transfers , and timings were all well managed, which made the trip stress-free what I appreciated most was their quick response and support even during the journey. Lee was really great. He helped me booking my flight at best price. Though I got my tickets at the check-in time but it was worth as I saved around 50% of the airline fare it was just all about patience. Thanks Lee and AirEase once again.

This agency is full of scam, gave you false promises not to worry about your reservation and cancel your flight the last minute and refunds as they promised will take 2 to 3 days but i doubt they will refund the payment for that short period of time

Kristina explained everything clearly so I could make my flight arrangements to Tampa Florida.

During my trip i was informed my return flight was changed to a different airline and that I'd have to pay again but would be refunded my original payment.

When both charges posted to my account i contacted airease for assistance. First they tried to pass me off to the airline. Then two days in a row they've called, requested documentation of what they themselves sent me, assured me they would get the money back from the airline and that they would follow up the next day.
Nothing has been done to resolve this error and to make it worse one of the agents yelled at me saying they only charged me once (true) but not acknowledging they are also the ones who changed my flight to a different airline and informed me i would have to pay again. I've now paid double for a ticket i couldn't afford in the first place but couldn't not go day my goodbyes to my father. And customer service has not taken accountability or truly provided any assistance other than asking me to resend screenshots of our prior conversations and the email that they sent me. The agency is now ignoring me and none of the individuals I've spoken to are available supposedly. Delta has confirmed the travel agency received my refund.

Booked a flight through aireasetravel that came up in results from Google Flights. Total $445.
Immediately after confirmation, received a call to confirm my address, credit card and birthdate. Then was told my ticket had a restriction that I could not bring any luggage on the flight. She could upgrade my ticket to allow a carry on for $587. Cancelled flight and Canceling the credit card now.
