They are scam artists. I bought a roundtrip ticket and got an immediate phone call about my tickets and that they are not guaranteed and I would have to show up 6 hours early and be on a wait-list. So she upselled me to pay extra for guaranteed tickets .
I showed up at the airport for my trip and I was informed the airlines flagged it as fraud and refunded the ticket because the visa card used to purchase did not match my name. On the spot I had to buy a very expensive one way ticket.
I tried to get help and assistance from the company to no avail at the airport.
Tomorrow I have my return flight and I have no idea how that is going to go. I could be stuck paying for a one way last minute flight again.

I contacted AirEase travel on their…
I contacted AirEase travel on their website and purchased 2 round trip FIRST CLASS tickets. Nothing was ever discussed OTHER THAN FIRST CLASS TICKETS but after I paid for 2 first class tickets they sent me my tickets and they were NOT in FIRST CLASS. This was a scam and a fraudulent business transaction. They refused all my attempts to rectify this knowingly fraudulent transaction.

This is a Scammer, unethical and Fraudster company they will hold your booking on there LLC and ask you to pay additional $200 If they want to book with the airline. if you ask not to book they will say $50 cancellation fee for each ticket. All this for tickets not booked with airlines while its just sitting in there system...The same ticket is available in priceline for less than these folks advertised. I ended up paying additional $200 and booking the tickets more than the advertised cost... because they want $200 for even not booking.. what in the world...
