The size was inaccurate for American sizes, which would have been nice to know when I ordered it. I ended up giving it to my partner, who is much smaller than me, but I was looking forward to wearing it myself.

The shirt was too small
I ordered a size above what I already wear all the time which is a 4X, what I received in the mail was the size of a 1x shirt, I'm extremely disappointed and irritated that I had to wait so long for this shirt to get here only for it not to fit me

june 17, 2026: updating this review, bc they literally tried to report this review for defamation this morning....maybe deliver the product you're claiming to sell. My friend also had issues buying through this site. The "shipping company" is unreachable if anything happens and your package is not delivered. Be sure to purchase the insurance if you make a decision to purchase through this business.

I want to return 2 of 4 ordered shirts and there is no way to do it. Chatbot wants photos of my allergic reactions which i know I will have waering this plastic shit.
I try to return both shirts and no reaction only after I escalated via paypal and still they behave like idiots

At least I got it
Saw a cool shirt and thought I would send it to a friend. Put in friend's address and info for delivery. First time around, tracking says it arrived but friend and friend's apartment complex never got anything.
Asked for a new one, was told they'll resend if I pay the shipping so I did because I want my friend to wear it.
For some reason, it got shipped to MY house, not my friend's. Which is pretty significant considering we live in different countries. I got it though, so that's something.

We’re truly sorry your experience fell so far short of what it should’ve been, especially when you were trying to send something thoughtful to a friend.
You’re absolutely right: the fact that you eventually got the shirt (even if not where it was meant to go) is likely the only thing keeping this from being a zero-star review—and we don’t take that lightly.
What happened with the shipping address mix-up is unacceptable. Orders should go exactly where the customer specifies, not default to billing info without clear confirmation—especially after a first delivery already went missing. And asking you to pay again? That shouldn’t have happened either.
We’d really like to make this right. If you’re open to it, could you please share your order number? We’ll investigate what went wrong in our system and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
