So far so good

So far, so good. I’ll wait until I actually have home repairs to see how they pay for the repairs to base my opinions of their services.

It was a comfortable complete experience. All my questions asked, were answered accordingly. Thanks for the experience. I hope this is the beginning of a great customer service experience.

Since June 2026

Since June, I am still without a freezer. I
Live in Phoenix, I have vasalvagal syncope, I have let cinch know about how I need my freezer to freeze water before I go out. I have had 11 trips from the repair company, during these hot summer months,waiting for them from 11-3 . I have them,without a repair.
Cinch finally called the repair after I told them , I’m not doing this anymore, the next day the repair guy came out, called his boss and everything was solved, can’t fix it.
I ask cinch to send the settlement money electronically so I could have my son get me a new fridge over the weekend. They said ok, call if I didn’t get it in 24 hours. Well, that was the 28th of August, it’s now September 5th, I still haven’t received it.i have to beg to speak to a supervisor, they lie to me. My wood floor is scratched from pulling the fridge in and out so much, repair guy caused the elevator shut off from using a GFCI PLUG. I had no air, had to call after hour electrician out to fix it.Very hard to work with cinch, they just don’t care, in my opinion.

Wish I could rate a 0

Wish I could rate a 0. I've had an issue with my freezer for way too long. They came out & fixed the fridge only, completely ignoring my concerns about the freezer. I had to pay another $200 deductible for the freezer but after 10+ phone calls and 2 tech visits in 4 weeks still nothing is fixed! It's so frustrating! The communication between the customer service rep & the techs has to get better! The last tech came out & asked ME why my I hadn't unplugged my fridge as if someone told me that! Of course they didnt.
Completely wasting both of our time! The ŕeps know nothing and are extremely unhelpful. And they literally never call you back. I've been calling & nagging them for a month now. Just fix my issue!

Our dryer is failing with a D90 error code.
Paid $200 deductible, they sent out technician.
He stayed 7-8 minutes but code doesn't manifest until at least 20 minutes into dryer cycle. He left before, reported no error found. Cinch refuses to pay or send out a tech again in spite of sending them a picture of the error code manifesting. Worthless. DO NOT PURCHASE!
