We today visited the Preston retail park Waitrose . Upon getting to the check outs the true quality of why we chose waitress again became apparent , the lovely lady who served us interacted , laughed and joked with us making the whole experience amazing . Any extra we may have spent over and above other stores was money well spent as her lovely and I hasten to add professional attitude made it an absolute joy. Preston is around 20 miles away from us but will be returning entirely due to her lovely attitude xx til reference 721 023 1016 70687

What a lovely shopping experience thanks to the delightful assistant Janet and also her colleague Phoebe. Unlike most stores these days Janet showed interest and came to help us chose some baby clothes for a present . Due to her lovely friendly character and going the extra mile we spent probably twice what we were going to . We also had a gift wrapped box all down to how friendly she was and how relaxed she made us feel . I really hope next management read this as she should receive recognition for her professionalism and friendliness . We are one customer , clearly she does this daily so in all honesty probably near on doubles what sales may have been without her . Janet can’t thank you enough , don’t ever change and know that you do actually brighten up peoples day xx

I visit Blackpool wickes on a regular basis and often use their click and collect service . Prior to moving to Blackpool several years ago I chose b and Q over wickes but the service is far inferior to wickes Blackpool.
The first thing you notice when walking into the store is all staff without fail are cheerful , eager to help and always go the extra mile .
It is very apparent that the staff are all an amazing team under the management of Danny .
Unlike a lot of managers he is often on the shop floor and any issue he is quick to take responsibility for and resolve .
He is also very quick to jump on a till if the store is busy .
This is the friendliest store u have found anywhere in the uk and certainly seems like a great place to work .
Danny , you’re doing an amazing job with an amazing team and just wanted you all to know it doesn’t go unnoticed .

Box was ripped open and it was only theee days late

I ordered some materials from savoy at 5am on their website by 930 they rang and said they could deliver the same day . I got home expecting to have to move the timber off the driveway but the delivery driver had nearly stacked the delivery at the side of the house . Amazing service x

e tickets weren't sent through as an attachment. no way speaking to a real human being. a real nasty experience and a money making racket by ATG

Tony ran an amazing course at a great venue with parking and all facilities. Use of live examples made the course thoroughly enjoyable

I have recently dealt with Elliott at the Mansfield Rooftops and I cannot recommend him and the company enough. Elliott went above and beyond what was needed , maintaining daily contact and leaving me, as a customer , not only feeling valued but also comforted in the knowledge that everything was being done efficiently and professionally. Elliott I can't thank you or recommend you enough and would not hesitate to buy or in deed sell with you again
