I’m only able to give one star, and that is solely because the customer service was responsive and friendly — although I did wonder whether the replies were AI‑generated.

To start with, the product (cargo shorts) looks nothing like the images online. The material feels cheap and very much like polyester. Delivery took several weeks, and the sizing was far too small.

Secondly, although the company lists locations in London and the Netherlands, customers are asked to return items to China at their own expense — which costs more than the product itself. The alternative offered is a partial refund if you agree to keep the items.

I’m not convinced this approach aligns with standard trading practices.

Prints look great, frames compared with other canvas thinner, but do the job.
Delivery time is long and I was disappointed that I had to pay postage for each (can't place more than one item per order) which makes the deal unattractive.

We had a really positive meeting with Laura at the Norfolk site — my husband, being ex‑RAF, particularly enjoyed the location. It was helpful to walk through the different options and gather ideas. We were impressed by the range of styles and the flexibility that comes with a bespoke kitchen.

Laura was extremely professional and genuinely kind, offering thoughtful suggestions, creative designs, and practical ways to reduce costs. Even with those adjustments, however, the final estimate still reached the upper limit of our budget at £30,000.

After careful consideration, we decided not to proceed with Naked, solely due to cost constraints. If Naked were ever able to maintain their style and quality while offering a more budget‑friendly option, that would be fantastic.

Rubber split on both shoes on crease points after 2 month if use
Got them replaced but couldn't post the old pair back from the UK ( they would not accept that) nor the new one delivered to the UK ( so had to run it through a friend)
The replacement split after 7 month not only over crease points over the toes but in several places.
Sorry can't recommend them - far too expensive and short lived.

We booked that property for 4 people and 2 dogs in June after seeing it on Air BnB - for higher price& fees. It is not clear to me if the advertisement on AirBnB is through cottages .com or the owner- but it states individual host - so I believe through the owner.

A couple of days later I received an email that our chosen dates ( week starting 28/9) were not available ( also they were free on their website but not on Air B&B) but after talking to the owner they offered us to start 2 days later ( 30/09) which we accepted as they were free on both websites. I received a reminder from cottages com 2 weeks before and contacted the owner on the 26th of September via sms- that I would phone him on Monday to arrange the key handover for by than us 2 people and 2 dogs ( our friends couldn't make it)

Sadly he didn't reply until the 29th by sms , stating it was a double booking - the day happened to be my birthday and we already had travelled halfway to Bude.

I had no problems getting in contact with cottages com - they offered to find another accomodation or refund+compensation . Sadly we couldn't find anything similar & suitable at such short notice for us & dogs - so we decided to take the latter .

Cottages.com were at all times reachable and responsive - hence I give them 4/5 .
Difficult to say if it was a misunderstanding between owner and agency - or an overlook by the owner ( advertising this property with several agencies). We felt let down and wont be back to Bude - despite the kind offer to get a reduced rate by the owner next time.

It is the best evidence based app and program I could find and the team of Zoe has taken great care in setting it up. It is more expensive than others and certainly not affordable for many but you will get a lot of information; support and training with it . It is not only testing your guts health and blood sugar and fat response but will afterwards guide and support the user through a step by step daily training program to improve your diet. Anyone who are thinking of doing it must be IT /app savvy; smart phone user and highly motivated to stick with it for at least 3 month. If that is the case I can see and hope for it to become one day an NHS partly funded tool to help patients to improve their health by improving their diet .

This has been a very frustrating experience. The only positive fact is that I received a refund- probably due to the fact that my bank did get involved. Main criticism is lack of communication and customer service.
After placing an order, which I didn't receive after more than 6 weeks, I was not given an estimated delivery date . Once I reached Alpha spa ( after many unresponded emails and unanswered telephone calls) I was advised to contact the middleman myself saunainter . To be fair they are hard to reach but eventually I learned that they never received any order from alphaspa. And at the time the website alpha-spas was taken down. Beside this I went onto company-information.service.gov.uk and learned that a similiar company with the same owner ALPHA SPAS LIMITED SC493340 - had been dissolved on 24 January 2017 . I am glad I received the refund but I could have done without the stress and worries.
