Unable to log in and no response from support
My experience with this website has been frustrating. I cannot log in because I keep receiving an error, and I have contacted customer support but have not received a response. The website is difficult to use, and the lack of support makes the situation worse. I hope the company fixes the login problem and responds to customers more quickly.

I love the flexibility and the option to run bare metal without any risk. Especially no setup fees are great. I tried another vendor before, had 100 Euro setup fee and found out that 20GB GPU is not working for me. So 100 Euro lost. Trooper is the real GPU expert in the market

This user had used the machine for mining and illegal activities. Also didn’t provide payment address identification. This all is against our terms. We given two times noticed but he didn’t stop. This user didn’t reacted on our messages, because he knows that he is doing wrong behavior. Contact support now to get assistance.

Faire Preise, stundenweise Abrechnung (wenn gewünscht). Support ebenfalls super – bereits am ersten Tag musste ich ihn leider in Anspruch nehmen, aber das war wohl meine Schuld.
Seit ein paar Wochen miete ich stundenweise einen GPU-Server mit einer RTX 3090. Bei der ersten Einrichtung habe ich einen Fehler gemacht, sodass der Server nicht mehr erreichbar war. Kurze Mail an den Support (an einem Samstagabend) und nach wenigen Minuten kam zuerst eine Antwort auf Englisch mit der Frage, was ich gemacht habe. Als einfache Lösung habe ich angeboten, den Server frisch zu installieren, da ich ohnehin noch nicht viel eingerichtet hatte. Wenige Minuten später war das umgesetzt, und es kam noch eine Antwort auf Deutsch hinterher. Wie gesagt: alles an einem Samstagabend, per Mail, innerhalb weniger Minuten. Da war ich leicht begeistert :-)
Seitdem läuft alles wie Butter. Da ich das System hauptsächlich als Test- und Lernumgebung nutze, ist der Server meistens aus bzw. „frozen" (kostet dann nur 35 % bzw. 10 %). Bei „frozen" muss man allerdings aufpassen: Ist der gleiche Server-Typ beim Starten gerade nicht verfügbar, klappt der Start nicht – oder man upgradet kostenpflichtig auf ein höheres Modell.
Auch das Produkt "API Blibs" scheint sehr interessant und vor allem günstig zu sein. Das teste ich noch.

I like this service because it is simple and it kinda always works. I have used the API for Vision things and coding. I also try to use a dedicated machine but it never finishes installation so not 5 stars. The web interface is just horrible :) sad but true
