After reviewing your case, we'd like to clarify that Transak is **not affiliated with any third-party casinos, betting platforms, investment schemes, or online gaming services**. We do not ask customers to make payments for account verification, nor do we promise guaranteed returns or investment profits.

Based on the information available, it appears you may have been the victim of a third-party scam. We recommend reporting the incident to your local law enforcement authorities and contacting your bank as soon as possible, as they may be able to provide further assistance. We've also asked you via email to share the website or platform involved so we can investigate and take appropriate action where possible.

We also verified that the cryptocurrency purchased through Transak was successfully delivered to the wallet address provided during checkout and was subsequently moved from that wallet. For your privacy and security, we've shared the relevant transaction details and blockchain records with you separately via email.

As cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design, we're unfortunately unable to recover or reverse funds once they have been successfully delivered on-chain. Additionally, the payment was authenticated during checkout, and Transak does not retain custody of customer funds or crypto after the transaction has been completed.

We also reviewed our support records but were unable to find any previous communication regarding this issue. From your review, it appears your concern may relate to a declined transaction or a temporary hold. However, we were unable to identify any such issue on your recent orders.
