Adverts are very misleading, they advertise 300 capsules but deliver 30. And you are singed up for renewal deliveries without consent . Total ripoff

The team members who communicated with me were very helpful, supportive, understanding, professional and I have the highest respect for them. They are fine examples if exceptional customer service. My career was as a trainer in business and communication so I am very aware of what constitutes exemplary leadership which results in outstanding customer service.

I ordered True Nutra, the Lymphatic product. I was taking a chance because I have a history of a lot of supplements, just not agreeing with my system. Unfortunately, this was the case with these, I'm not really sure what it is. Im sure its a wonderful product on those with no sensitivities like myself. I really wanted it to work out. Customer care was the absolute best in explaining to them. Issued refund without a problem. I really want to try their other products, we'll see!

Customer service is great but the order didn’t arrive completed

First of all it is sad that 3rd party companies have to make a trustworthy company look like the bad guy. Had a problem and Eric and Ashlee have been wonderful with helping get the problem solved. Great people to deal with.

Customer service will not cancel a reoccurring subscription that I don't want. A reason for cancelling the subscription should not be mandatory for cancelation. Requesting the company cancel subscription should is adequate when canceling subscription.

Did not receive my product and I have emailed, texted to no avail. How can I speak to someone?

The CS was super fast and precise. I misread things and felt dumb and they were super kind.

Had to cancel my subscription. Not sure if it’s a bot or a person but very polite. I paused my subscription and got a refund for an unsuspected subscription order I forgot about due to a life hickup. Very impressed with the customer service. I will be ordering products again!!!!

Ashley was very kind, courteous & efficient finding prior communications to back up my concerns. Promptly issued another order to replace my missing products & clearly communicated the process. When I made a mistake placing my order. I thought I had placed the order twice. And they emailed me very quickly to let me know that I didn't order twice. And they also put the link in there where I can check the status. I'm not very computer savvy and I'm having eye issues, so thank you for being patient and helping me out in that way. So I can check the status. So my product, very good products. Very good quality. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

Great customer service! Sent me an email to make sure I was satisfied with the products I had purchased.

I bought this product once and was surprised to see this company attempt to make a transaction on my bank account a month later.
It seems that they signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge or permission.
When I went back into to purchasing process and the emails I received after my single purchase, to check how this happened, they intentionally hide the subscription information, and when you buy the product they automatically sign you up for a subscription, without any explicit consent or second verification that you actually want this. This is extremely underhanded and dishonest.
I have reversed the payment and flagged this company with my bank as fraudulent.
As much as I liked the product, and would have ordered again, this was not the way to do it. I will be sure to never buy from you again, mark your ads on Meta as a scam and ensure I tell all my friends about your dishonest practices.
