I used reminders for a few recurring chores and checked them off during the week. It kept the basics visible, but I would want deeper reporting for team work.

It was handy way to keep our team's work in one place and quickly check task ownership. For simple planning it's excellent, but projects with lots of dependencies may require a more advanced solution.
