My advice: Save your money and stay away. I paid $6,000 for a matchmaking service that promised three carefully vetted matches based on detailed discussions about preferences, values, and relationship goals. They failed to deliver on those promises. The first matches were so far outside the criteria we discussed that I had to request a new matchmaker. The candidates presented did not align with my stated preferences, and it felt as though little to no consideration had been given to the information I provided during onboarding.

What made this even more disappointing was the gap between the sales pitch and the actual service. I was promised a personalized, high-touch experience with quality matches. Instead, I received introductions that could have easily come from a dating app, without the benefit of a meaningful screening process or thoughtful matchmaking. After spending thousands of dollars, I was left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and no closer to finding the type of relationship I was seeking. Looking back, I see no added value that justified the cost.

My pledge to anyone considering this service: don't do it. Save your money. Use the dating apps. At the end, TDR uses the same pool of candidates you can access yourself. Paying thousands of dollars does not guarantee better matches, better service, or better results.

In my experience, this service delivered none of what was promised. I would not recommend it to anyone and strongly encourage prospective clients to think carefully before investing their time, money, and emotions. There are far better ways to spend your $.

I had a really great experience with Three Day Rule. Kelly took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of just setting me up with random matches. She introduced me to my boyfriend, Tam, and we’ve been really happy together. I’m so grateful for all the support and guidance throughout the process. My experience with Three Day Rule Matchmaking Service was a good one. I decided to join after being unlucky in finding love on my own terms. I don't regret my decision. My matchmaker was Kelly Bonanno. She was very nice and attentive. Provided good advice and helped me find my fiancé. I recommend taking advantage of all the resources offered through Three Day Rule if you haven't been lucky at finding love on your own terms. Sheri was introduced to me as a replacement in the last month of my contract (my previous matchmaker was moved to a different position). I immediately felt the connection with her at our first meeting. She was totally present, and listened to me attentively and asked many questions in order to have her own impression of me, so she can really know what I m looking for, without completely rely on data from before. Although this is my last month and I only had a few potential match from her, I already feel the difference. The women I meet or about to meet in date are clearly more aligned with me and I feel much more hopeful and confident. She also actively get my feedback weekly vis face-time, listening to the details of my previous date and give me really practical advice. I feel like she truly understand me and know what type really fit me. Other great quality of Sheri is her ability to pay attention to details in choosing my match, such as availability and other practical issues which is important to make match works, particularly in New York, where simple logistics can make or break a match, even seemingly a good match in person. Sheri is warm and kind, and make me feel ease in something totally new to me. I feel she opened a new window in my dating life. I would personally asking her to be my matchmaker if I decide to come back to try again in the future.

While my last date wasn't the right fit romantically, she was an amazing person. I truly enjoyed meeting her, had a wonderful time, and I sincerely hope she finds the man of her dreams.

As for me, I'm still holding out hope that somewhere out there is my girl-next-door: healthy, adventurous, kind, child-free, and maybe even willing to jump out of an airplane with me. If there's any justice in the universe, perhaps one day we'll find each other.
