Total scam!! Do not waste your money!!! Absolutely disgusting website! Ripping off customers! Zero stars!!

I ordered a product from Celestia based on the photographs and description shown on their website. Unfortunately, the item I received did not match the advertised appearance or quality.

The product arrived with visible glue, loose threads, unfinished stitching, patched areas, and poorly applied rhinestones. These were not minor differences in sizing or color. The construction and overall finish were materially different from what was presented in the company’s professional advertising photographs.

The order also took a long time to arrive. When I contacted customer service and provided photographs of the problems, Celestia refused to accept the return or issue a refund because they said the order was outside their 14-day return policy.

Instead, they offered me 50% store credit as a “goodwill gesture.” I do not consider that a fair solution because it would require me to spend more money with the same company after receiving an item that I could not wear and that did not match its advertisement.

I requested either a full refund to my original payment method, with a prepaid return label if necessary, or a properly made replacement matching the product advertised. They still relied on their return policy rather than meaningfully addressing the defective and misrepresented condition of the item.

This review describes my personal purchase and experience. I strongly recommend that potential customers carefully examine the company’s return terms and independent customer reviews before ordering. I would not purchase from Celestia again, particularly not an expensive item.

Do not waste your money !!!!! The items that were sent did not meet the expectations of what they are advertising. They even sent completely different items than what was shown. Material of items were also not satisfactory. Scammers. Do not purchase.

I would give zero stars!!!

This has been, without question, the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

I placed my order on 21 March 2026 and did not receive it until 1 May 2026. After waiting more than a month, I opened the package only to find clothing of shockingly poor quality. In my opinion, the jeans and top were nowhere near worth the approximately DKK 1,000 I paid. I honestly felt they looked cheaper than products from Temu.

I immediately contacted Celestia Couture to exercise my right to return the items. They have never been worn and are still sitting in their original packaging, ready to be returned.

Since then, I have sent almost ten emails over more than five weeks.

Not a single reply.

No return instructions. No customer service. No refund. Nothing.

In my experience, this company completely ignores customers once they ask for a return and a refund. As long as you pay, everything seems fine. The moment you want your money back, they disappear.

I am now escalating the matter to the relevant consumer authorities because I have been left with no other option.

If you are considering ordering from Celestia Couture, I strongly recommend that you read the reviews carefully before spending your money.

Esperienza pessima. Ho ordinato un abito basandomi sulle foto e sulla descrizione presenti sul sito, ma quello che ho ricevuto non assomiglia minimamente al prodotto pubblicizzato. Il colore è completamente diverso, il taglio non corrisponde, la vestibilità è diversa e l’abito è addirittura arrivato con le maniche, mentre nelle foto era senza maniche.

Mi sento ingannata, perché il prodotto ricevuto non rispecchia in alcun modo ciò che ho acquistato. Ho richiesto il reso e il rimborso, ma ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto una risposta né indicazioni su come procedere.

Un servizio clienti che ignora le richieste dei clienti dopo aver inviato un prodotto non conforme è inaccettabile. Finché la situazione non verrà risolta, non posso assolutamente consigliare questo sito. Acquistate con molta cautela.

This is a total scam and I strongly warn everybody to not buy from this store. I ordered some clothing fro Celestia Couture 2 months ago and nothing has been delivered. They send you a fake track&trace and that gets offline. No reply on emails. Disappeared from the internet and now I can see they are back again to scam and con more people. Total scam!

I am not satisfied with pants because in pictures for advertised is 100% diferent than in reality, they dont look the same. The material is the worst i so it, they are short.
I am sure definitely that the pictures and pants that I get is fraud.
They don't unswer on may email almost a month.
Please don't buy from them.

Very disappointed with my experience.

I recently received my order and the quality is honestly shocking. The fabrics feel extremely cheap, there are loose threads everywhere, no care labels at all (no information on how to wash or maintain the items), and the packaging looks careless and low-grade.

What’s even worse — this is not my first issue with them. Previously, I ordered a pair of jeans in size M that arrived with no label, no size indication, and no care instructions — literally nothing. They looked like second-hand items and were extremely small, nowhere near the measurements provided on the website.

For the prices they charge, this is completely unacceptable. The quality doesn’t match the brand image at all.
I wrote my concerns to the company but they didn’t even reply or apologize
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.

I ordered a pair of jeans, the worst quality ever, it even hurt when I tried it on. So now I'm trying to return it, already waiting more than a week for the return label and it will cost me €20,- to return it. Don't order here

The delivery took 4 weeks instead of the 4 days stated on your website. In addition, the product quality is unacceptable and not as advertised.

Great customer service and gorgeous pieces. They responded quickly to my questions and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I was looking for something special for a big event and Celestia Couture did not disappoint. The fit was perfect and the details were absolutely beautiful. I felt so confident wearing it.
